Hannity Forbids Coulter to Appear on Malzberg Show

According to Steve Malzberg, Ann Coulter was supposed to appear on his radio show yesterday, on the release date of her new book. She called him to say she wouldn't be on, but would give an interview today. She called sometime later to say she would not be able to appear at all.

Malzberg said that he understood what happened. He explained that it's commonplace for a host to want the first interview, but in this situation, it looks like a host is insisting that Ann not appear on his show, and (he believes) "Larry King Live." Furthermore, he said that the host is none other than Sean Hannity.

The rational Malzberg gave was that the ratings for his show, which airs at the same time as the Hannity show, have been higher in New York City (and he named the months when this happened) in two significant demographics for women.
