This is 'redneck' country. Some of our million $ CEOS, and out of control city governments could take a lesson from these people.
Last week, Rush Limbaugh talked about a study proving 'conservatives' give more than liberals. This is more support for that notion.

Although I think this city’s employees are doing this to hedge against possible layoff’s later..
Now.. if we could get the other cities in Oregon to do this....
