That’s what they said about 2008.

They were wrong.

How does a prediction about what the weather will be for a full year become fact?!

They cannot predict the weather a day in advance. How are they going to predict it a year in advance. These people are absolutely crazy.

Sorry but the key is “on record”. We didn’t keep data 100,000 years ago and until someone can explain to me how cold blooded reptiles (dinosaurs) survied as far nother as Canada then there is no way in h#ll that the past few years have been the warmest!

>>>>>Next year is set to be one of the top-five warmest on record..

The record goes back 150 years, maybe. Liberal wacko absurdity.

What’s their null hypothesis? That climate is invariant?

Absurd.

“Currently the warmest year on record is 1998, “
Huh? I thought that was corrected to sometime in the 1930s

2009 to be one of warmest years on record: researchers

Isn't that what the researchers said last year?

Got your global warming picture right here:

What most of the northern states looked like in mid-December....

“Currently the warmest year on record is 1998”

I think he is repeating a false claim. I believe 1998 was downgraded by a Canadian pajama blogger who forced NASA GISS to recant and revise their record. To be correct the author should have said ‘Currently the warmest year on record is 1934.’

While this may not prove anything one way or another, it sure does leave a different impression.
