He wasn’t, as far as I know, unless he was encouraging a write in campaign.
Thanks for the thread! We need to get everyone who is following thie Constitutional crisis to contact their REPS and Senators from now till Jan 7th and urge them to verify Obama’s qualifications.
Dr Paul was on the ballot in Louisiana and Montana; and he was a certified write-in candidate (meaning he had a full slate of electors and his write-in votes would actually be counted) in California.
Dr. Gail Lightfoot was the Paul VP candidate in California. (In La. it was Barry Goldwater Jr; in Montana it was Chuck Baldwin.)
Dr. Paul was drafted for all of three of those ballots and did not seek them or actively campaign for President in the general election. In fact, he tried to get removed from the ballot in Montana, but he filed too late.

the other co-plaintiffs were 3 Baldwin electors, a Paul/Lightfoot elector, and two regular California voters.
I believe that this Obama non-citizenship issue is beginning to grow legs.
