Only someone isolated in a university, and/or spoon-fed Soviet statist propaganda all his life, and/or beholden to the party apparatus, could think of this.
Anyway, the U.S. has been split from the outset into 50 separate states. Giving them greater autonomy is in the country’s best interest, and in the spirit of the original union.
If Obama turns out to be more bourgeois and less ideological, we will survive with a mere five million more murdered babies during the Obama administration.
If he goes really wild with the Marxism and Maoism, the U.S. could easily break up, because the U.S. government is ALREADY illegitimate. When the federal government FAILED to expel the states that legalized murdering babies, and then COMMANDED those states that wanted to protect babies to cease doing so, the U.S. government ceased to be a legitimate government. It has survived for 35 years merely because people don’t want to have a war over the issue.
But if Obama wants to, he can end the U.S., simply by trying to implement what he really believes.

Ignoring his claimed reasons of Immigration and Moral Decline, I find his Civil War prediction interesting.
Remember, he is KGB. And like the CIA infiltrating other countries and using Useful Idiots to get the ball rolling, it makes sense the KGB would do likewise. And in the US they'd have a welcome audience eager to Riot. And continue to riot.
So I'd be on the look out for subterfuge things that could help lead to a rioting situation. Rioting which would then be blamed on the reasons he mentioned, but which were already planned beforehand and just awaiting a scape goat.
