http://restoretheconstitutionalrepublic.org has a comment by a Texan who says that he or she recently talked on the phone with Congressman Ron Paul about the meaning of natural-born in Article II, for presidential qualification. According to the comment, Paul said, "There is no law that actually defines natural born, so the argument could go on forever with thousands of different interpretations. The consensus is that he is a U.S. citizen, and therefore eligible."

Ron Paul ping!
I used to respect Ron Paul. Now I just think he’s a loon.
Consensus? There’s consensus on global warming, and holes are being shot through it daily.
Well, he was always a little bit of a loon, and I’ve always had more than a little respect for him at the same time.
Most who are concerned with the situation were not consulted for this so-called consensus.
“The consensus is that he is a U.S. citizen, and therefore eligible.”
That is unpersuasive.
This matter is what changed your mind about him?
Well it takes all kinds. At least he doesn’t promote UFOs.
“has a comment by a Texan who says that he or she recently talked on the phone with Congressman Ron Paul”
unimpeachable sources lol
“This matter is what changed your mind about him?”
No, I change my mind a few years ago and reinforced it in the last election cycle.
I respected him because he supported the Constitution. Now he’s just a loon.
Mercy! Consensus? The man—Obama—perjures on his IL Bar app, posts a froged COLB as his ‘proof of citizenship’, has an army of lawyers and detectives hide every scrap of his documents in adult life, and spends a million to stonewall showing his vault cert to a court. The Constitution requires three specific qualifications and Rep. Paul is more than willing to just piss on the Constitution and go with consensus. Mercy! ‘That’s not the Ron Paul I knew.’
Consensus in his mind maybe. Not in the minds of some.
One thing you could trust Ron Paul, he’s no socialist. He’s consistantly low tax conservative. Can’t say the same for Bush or Mccain
Ron Paul is a loon but he needs a break on this one. For one, we are not certain he said it. All we have is the hearsay testimony on an “unnamed Texan”.
The next time some schmuck tell me about Paul's rock solid belief in the Constitution I'll likely spit in his face. There aren't "thousands of interpretations." There are maybe three or four. ALL OF THEM REASONABLY REQUIRE PRODUCTION OF A CERTIFIED COPY OF ONE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Consensus won't get you a driver's license, and it shouldn't get one the Presidency.
Shame!

That the “consensus” includes people of various political persuasions is puzzling. Seeing the mark of the beast must be a very intimidating experience.
Barack Helmsley Obama says: "We don't show documents. Only the little people have to show documents."
(Leona "Queen of Mean" Helmsley boasted "We don't pay taxes. Only the little people pay taxes" according to testimony from disgruntled employees who said she terrorized the help at her homes and hotels. Mrs. Helmsley denied saying it. Regardless she went to prison for tax fraud.)
Politicians aren’t given to ‘spiritual’ insight. They’re willing to accept anything to avoid conflict. They don’t appear to care that allowing a fraud to ascend to the presidentcy abrogates our, OUR Constitutional contract with the fed. The elected reps are the ones disenfranchised We The People are.
The constitution used the Law of Nations for reference.

Law of Nations
Natural born is clearly defined.
