The shirtless "hot president" photo seen 'round the world: Was it staged, like the Clintons dancing on the beach long ago? Some have voiced their suspicions. Check the link, which recalls that Reagan had his cachet as a lifeguard.

The reason it is worth some comment is that it is believed the photo was taken with permission and it was released the same day that Obama’s self investigation report was released which cleared him of scheming with Blago. The bad buzz about links between Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and Barack Obama was gone for a while, replaced by good buzz about presidential pecs.

Several years ago, we met up with two other couples (buddies from the Marine Corps long ago....) in Honolulu.
I snapped a pic of the other two couples sitting on the sands of Waikiki and found out later, after developing, that one of the guys schwantz had gotten loose from his swim trunks....good old Earl.

It was probably not only staged, but photoshopped, it is an AP photo isn’t it? They can not make up for his skinny little arms and legs with knobby knees.

It has a particularly high rate of incidence in black men who are/were heavy users of marijuana in their adolescent and post-adolescent years. There appears to be a genetic predisposition among some of them.

Who cares if it was staged? The picture of Clinton dancing with she-bitch on the beach was staged. The picture of Jorge Bush carrying that big log with his cowboy hat on was staged. Hell, even the greatest president EVER, Ronald Reagan, staged a photo of himself cutting wood on this ranch. They all do it. Get over it.

I agree it was staged. The photo does not have a “telephoto lens” look to me so the photographer was up close which means they let him get up close.
