Don't let it be misunderstood. Those who serve in our nation's military espouse values that confuse the left, confound their purpose, and leave them unable to understand, much less resonate with our service men and women. This week I saw why.

You are welcome...it was an honor. My only wish is that I could do it all over again.

Well, I was out shoveling snow the other day with a wind chill of -19, but the only enemy was the wind.

Thank you for your service for our country ASOC.

LOL X 4

I dug out my pickup today at the storage lot. It was a balmy 1 ( as in just above the zero thing) worked up quite the sweat! The Lord is on my side - I know, ‘cause the truck (F350) started 1st try!

LOL

This is a Ford F350 with 147K on the odometer, 351 (C) V8.

We parked her this Sept, ran it till quite warm, dosed the fuel with (BrandX) fuel stabilizer and disconnected the battery.

Went out, shoveled the 3 feet of snow off the hood, rehooked the battery - opened the door (more shoveling)
turned the key and - angels touched my heart - she revved right up and within 10 min, the heater was going like gang-busters.

Of course the Mobile 0-30 likely helped....

Not going to try BINGO this week tho.

I’ve never understood this sentiment. Is the torture of a man somehow morally preferable to the torture of a woman? Is it easier for you to “envision” the torture of a man, and if so, why?

There are ways to torture a woman that can't be done on a male body. A woman prisoner can be raped repeatedly . . . gang raped . . . breasts cut off . . . I don't think men are usually raped (even anally) while being tortured. And I've never heard of a man having his breats cut off.

A man's torture would be physical and mental but no torture of a man compares with a gang rape of a woman. Being defiled sexually with the "seed of the enemy" inside your body . . . what kind of torture of a man compares to that? Which is why I do not believe that a woman should be placed in a position where she could become a prisoner of war. Call me old fashioned, if you must, nothing compares to rape. It is the ultimate degedation of a woman. And if she lives through it, it remains in her nightmares forever.

That didn't answer your question, probably. I look at John McCain and know he suffered through broken bones and rebroken bones, but nothing that happened to him compares to a gang rape of a woman. Bones mend, a repeatedly raped woman can never again be completely whole.
