This is rank eugenics. Germans in the 1930s called it racial hygiene. Not long ago, it was considered the worst sort of bigotry. Not today, apparently because "the experts" tell us so. And everyone wants to think it is anything but eugenics.

Turns out there's little evidence that killing the innocent or the unsuspecting results in any genetic changes in a population.
When it comes to exterminating Leftwingtards and Eugenicists there is probably some hope ~ so that should be tried first ~ before this other stuff.

Australia urgently needs a national screening policy for Down syndrome, experts say, after international research showed it could halve the number of babies born with the incurable genetic condition. Access to the four tests that help detect if a foetus has Down syndrome varies widely ... leading to stark differences in birth and termination rates...”
Already is being done in Denmark.
Since 2005, the number of Downs syndrome babies born per year in Denmark has fallen by 50%.

Excuse me while I faint.
What is wrong with people’s minds and hearts? A baby is a baby, you take what you are given, you don’t pick and choose.
I’m speechless. Just . . . . . .
