LOL! I didn’t mean to post it at 50% of the page. I wanted it to post at 50% of the regular size. One of those days.

I think Takaei is so nasty because he had/has a crush on Shatner (who was, and remains blatantly heterosexual).

Hell hath no fury like a homo scorned.

OH NO!!!!!!!! This is terrible! She was a FABULOUS actress! I really liked her role as Luwaxanna Troi in TNG! I haven’t seen much of TOS, so I haven’t seen much of her as Nurse Chapel (but she made a cameo in TMP as ‘Dr. Chapel’). This is definitely tragic. My condolences to her family and to all the other Star Trek fans. May she R.I.P. She will be missed!

If you wish to acquaint yourself with TOS, you can go to this web site and view every episode of the original for FREE!:) Link to fancast

Just a thought and I am NOT associated in any way to the web site, just a place I enjoy going to quite often, they have other old series also, including the original "Lost in Space".

Just a guy has a crush on Captain Kirk doesn’t mean he’s gay...

A friend of mine told me about this yesterday. Sad. Rest well, Majel.

Loved the show. The first Hope and Change for the future. Very entertaining even if goofy at times. RIP

Think this scene had anything to do with it?

Note: This was from the episode titled "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" - the only episode with a plot that was built around the Christine Chaple character (more or less).

Majel also had an amazing one-shot guest appearance on the series Babylon 5 as a Centauri fortune teller/seer.

George called that prop “Dear Will” and kept it in his dressing room.

Wonder why?

I almost forgot how “gifted” she was.

Indeed. Have you ever seen the original Trek blooper reel? The clip of Majel Barrett and DeForest Kelly tumbling around Sickbay might well be the best part. The good doctor was holding onto Nurse Chapel with both hands.

So, Shatner is now doing Priceline AND commercials for E.D.?

Has he no shame?

Nurse Chapel! I had no idea she was Rodenberry’s wife! Rest in Peace.
