Would the United States allow a missile defense system to be installed in Cuba?
I ask this because it seems to me it would be very hard to verify if missile silos were truly defensive instead of offensive.
Perhaps I’m not understanding something here, but I’m not convinced that Russia isn’t within some rights to be worried about missiles being installed on it’s borders.

What the Russians fear is a serious NATO/US commitment to eastern European states they believe are their natural satellites. They want to finlandize Poland and the Czech Republic as well as the Baltic states.
Russia has many spies and apparently they’re telling Moscow that America’s Missile Shield works and works well. Otherwise, why would they keep trying to prevent it form being deployed? Hussein 0bama apparently is not bright enough to figure that out.
