URLs are always ‘clickable’ in a post unless you use other html. If any other html is used, then you have to use the html code for the link.

One-Hundred bucks for a working pucker factor meter. The old PF, on the Obama team must be way off the charts by this time, and stuttering and stammering through another “Parse my Clintonese” press conference isn’t likely to build much confidence among the blind supporters of “The One.” Frankly, I’m laughing my arse off

I would take a Guilani over an Obama any day. So would a lot of us. Too bad his supporters were kicked in the teeth, eh?
am sure the stay at home all or nothing cut of their noses to spite their faces and the idiot third party voters are proud of them selves for getting Obama elected.
Keep your head in the sand and we'll keep losing elections.
Source: Pew Research Center. Click image for report.
Take note that now only 27% of registered voters are Republican, with about 10% as Independents leaning that way.
Compare that to the Dems, who have 51% with just the Dems and those who lean Dem--i.e., a majority without even having to fight for the Independents in the middle.
Maybe if people stopped insulting these who don't like the new direction of the GOP, they would have more success in wooing them back. But

Thank you for those very interesting, although a tad distressing, charts.

You're welcome. Please see my tagline.
I was flamed like mad back in 2004 when everyone was gleefully mocking the losing Dems as Bush squeaked by an incompetent opponent, and I pointed out how many GOP voters complained to me about Bush when I called to ask them to get out and vote for him. I was told that we needed to be positive, with the implication that honest examination of weaknesses was verboten, and we got whomped in 2006. Then in 2008, I was told that I was a naysayer because I pointed out that my actual experience and observation was that there was a lot of support for Obama.
I'm no longer biting my tongue, though. I'm sick of conservatism being crushed while the Ostrich Brigade sticks their heads in the sand.
