That’s a good point. I don’t think it is wrong for people who have helped you through your campaign and that you trust to be given positions in your administration...but that is not what Advisor B was doing on those tapes! If advisor B is a member of Obama’s team or a democrat member of Congress..they are toast!

CNN and the other media whores prepared the ground last night for this comment by talking endlessly yesterday about the stuff in the wiretaps that ‘could’ be considered legal and just the ‘way politics are done’.

I remember when Linda Tripp's phone tapes came out and the press was certaint that Linda's act of taping her own calls was criminal.

To be fair, so did Mark Levin...and I don't think he's in the tank for zero.

The governor engaged in a number of actions, not just trying to see what he could get for the Senate seat. Fitzgerald should have waited until someone handed over money.

The governor also tried to strongarm the press through extortion and tried to block some money to a childrens' aid because they did not give him some of that money as a political contribution.

Then again Air America embezzled taxpayer money from a children's charity and no one went to prison.
