Coulter: MINNESOTA BALLOTS: LAND OF TEN THOUSAND FAKES (Franken following Obama's ACORN example)

MINNESOTA BALLOTS: LAND OF TEN THOUSAND FAKES
December 10, 2008

What is the point of having a hand recount of ballots in the Minnesota Senate race if the Democratic secretary of state is going to use the election night totals in precincts where it will benefit Democrat Al Franken?

Either the hand recount produces a better, more accurate count, or there was no point to the state spending roughly $100,000 to conduct the hand recount in the first place.

But that is exactly what the George Soros-supported secretary of state has agreed to do in the case of a Dinkytown precinct near the University of Minnesota. The hand recount of the liberal precinct produced 133 fewer ballots than the original count on election night and, more important, 46 fewer votes for Franken.

So he's proposing to defer to the election night total over the recount tally.

There are no "missing" ballots in Dinkytown. Ballots were run through the voting machines twice on election night. Last week, Minneapolis elections director Cindy Reichert explained they already knew for a fact that 129 ballots had been run through machines twice on election night, which pretty closely matched the 133 allegedly "missing" ballots.

As Reichert said, "There are human errors that are made on Election Day." According to an article in the Dec. 2, 2008, St. Paul Pioneer Press, Reichert was "confident that that's what happened" and that "we have all the ballot envelopes here."

But after relentless badgering by the Franken campaign, now Reichert isn't so sure anymore. So the new plan is for Minneapolis to submit both the election night total from Dinkytown -- which gives Franken an extra 46 votes -- and the meticulous hand recount total, which does not, and allow the canvassing board to decide which to use.

Democrats and the Culture of Corruption.
You got THAT right!

And, from www.AnnCoulter.com:

...Wholly apart from the outrageous inconsistency of deciding that some election night tallies trump the hand recount and some don't, Franken's miraculous acquisition of more than 500 votes from heavily Democratic precincts in post-election "corrections" wasn't believable on its face -- and that's even accounting for the fact that Franken voters tend to be stupider than average and therefore more likely to fill out their ballots incorrectly.

Corrections in all other 2008 races combined led to only 482 changes in the entire state of Minnesota.

The idea that typo "corrections" in one single contest from only three precincts, out of more than 4,000 precincts, could lead to 436 "corrections" benefiting Franken is manifestly absurd...- Ann Coulter

ZING!

...Only in the Dinkytown precinct, where the election night total gave Franken an additional 46 votes, does the state treat the hand recount as an error-prone joke compared to the highly accurate election night vote... - Ann Coulter
Hey! There really **is** a "Dinkeytown" in Minnesota!
I thought that Ann was just ragging on the dopey locals. :o)

From www.dinkytownminneapolis.com:

"Dinkytown" -- now that is an interesting name...
There has been a long-winded debate and confusion over where the origin of the name "Dinkytown" originated.

It has at least been in use since 1948 when the Dinkytown Business Association (DBA) was created.  In the 2006 Bob Dylan exhibit at the Weisman Art Museum, University of Minnesota students who researched and created the Dinkytown portion of the exhibit may have found the correct answer.

After the talks with long-time tenants of the Dinkytown community the students discovered a recurring theme.  Many people shared the same popular theory as Skott Johnson (President of the Dinkytown Business Association and owner of Autographics Printing).

He believes that the name "Dinkytown" stems from the days when trolleys and rail cars were a common sight in the area.  The little vehicles were referred to as "Dinkys."

Elected democrats could come right out and admit voter fraud and even specify how they did it.. AND what would republicans DO?..

NOTHING... except a few legal motions to appear credible..

AT least republicans that still call themselves republicans.. many do not..
Call me for the civil war.. but the republicans will never revolt..
The revolt would have to come from some with some honor left..

And once again, Republicans are asleep at the wheel while another close election is being openly stolen by the man whose contributions to western civilization include the "Planet of The Enormous Hooters" sketch on "SNL."

Coulter is full of BS. The Republicans/GOP PACs/Attorneys are not asleep at the wheel and are heavily involved to assure a Norm Coleman win. Just like when the GOP won the last 3 of 4 run-offs/recounts/post-elections…. Ann. ~ FlA

If Franken ultimately loses…..

Franken is now going to have to get the Senate involved in deciding the winner of this contest. And, if THAT doesn’t work, he’ll have to return to stand up “comedy” (from him!) and occasionally “guest hosting” on SNL. It seems that even if he ends up being declared the loser in MN, the rest of us lose right along with him!!!

12.09.08: Don't worry, if DemoRat Al Franken loses the election his old video sex mistress Arianna Huffington will give him "a job".
- - NOTE: Before running for U.S. Senate, Franken was a regular contributor to the Huffington (Com)Post. Aria and Al’s relationship goes back to the early-mid ‘90’s. The Soros Shadow Party is heavily involved in this MN U.S. Senate election fiasco trying to fraudulently rig a Franken win. Prediction: Franken and the SSP will lose. Harry Reid will recognize the election results and Norm Coleman’s win. Reid, via private conversations with 0bama, will not stick his/Democrats political neck out for a worthless loser like Franken. ~ FlA, SFARI.

Shocking but true. What can I say... And the fact that it was being recorded for posterity only added to the frisson. On election night there was one more signature than ballots in this precinct. Now there are 134 more signatures than ballots. Not to mention the election workers are missing one envelope full of ballots. The evidence that 133 ballots have been lost is pretty compelling.

If Coleman is really winning by some 200 votes...then he would not care about these 133 votes. Coleman must know, that the election is within 50 votes now.

What is happening in MN could happen everywhere thanks to the Soros AG project... people need to be cognizant and vote strictly GOP for AG’s.

I think I am missing a link in your logic.

Secretary of State, is responsible for elections, how does this in involve the Attorney General at all?

Sorry, I misspoke, I meant Secretary of State... Soros has a Secretary of State project to elect SoS in all states.

Good article by Ann. It’s a sad state of affairs when a Senate seat is stolen in broad daylight.
