Not even the U.S. Supreme Court can kill the dispute that has developed over Sen. Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office based on questions raised over his birthplace and citizenship and his steadfast refusal to provide documentation on the issue.

President-elect Barack Obama is an extremely serious threat to the
national security of the United States.

He was not even born in the U.S. he was born in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1961.

According to his paternal grandmother, she was there and watched his birth
with her own eyes, as well as other members of his paternal family.

Here may be an explanation for all of this. Supposedly a retired intelligence officer from the Reagan era said this:

Take it with a grain of salt..but it would explain what we are seeing.

If Scalia or Thomas feel strongly about the case, they can at least issue a comment when the case is dismissed. This was not done with the last case and will probably not be done here. I am just saying that taking a case to conference is not evidence of support.

b) Obama provided a COLB that states he was born in Honolulu. This was good enough for Hillary, McCain, Palin, Congress, and the electorate college. Just because a few people on the internet are not fully convinced, doesn’t mean Obama has to show a BC. The constitution does not state that the proof of natural born citizenship must come from a birth certificate.

It's only December 8th. The Electoral College doesn't vote until the 15th.

Also, I read on another site a letter from a member of Congress, a U.S. Representative, who expressed the firm desire to have Obama prove his natural-born status by showing his birth certificate, and that he would be ready to speak up and defend this position when the votes are counted (that is, the ELECTORAL votes) next January.

I somehow believe that if one Congressman speaks up, more will follow. His is a brave example.

Again...a "COLB" is NOT a birth certificate. It is a paper issued to people born abroad and then registered with the state of Hawaii when they come over here. Obama's sister has the same form, a COLB, and she was [self-professed] born in Indonesia.

What the hell Hillary, McCain, Palin, congress and the electorate college had to do with obama's b.c. is beyond me.

You're sort of a newbie here, and undoubtedly have missed the last 5000+ posts explaining all of this over and over. But, thanks for your reply, because now it's beyond obvious that you don't know what you're talking about.
