Not even the U.S. Supreme Court can kill the dispute that has developed over Sen. Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office based on questions raised over his birthplace and citizenship and his steadfast refusal to provide documentation on the issue.

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.
............
from obama's own site factcheck.org by way of fightthesmears on his dual citizenship at birth
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdoms dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.
The case will be rejected without comment. The dual citizenship argument has no merit.
The Supreme Court needs to decide if our nation is worth saving. We can handle riots and some violence. We can not handle loss in faith of the government by those of us who actually produce.
PRAVDA is covering this, suggesting that it is somewhere
between irresponsibility and treason
for SCOTUS to fail to protect and defend CONUS.
In the words of those great mid-20th Century social observers, Sonny and Cher, “And the beat goes on ... and the beat goes on.”
All we want is the truth, show us the proof. This is ridiculous that we have to go to this length just to prove whether or not he is eligible to be president.
PRAVDA and WND are tabloids that will write anything to raise their internet ratings. No legitimate conservative journalist or politician is touching this.

Boy, I tire of this steady beat of the same mantra. This must be posted in one form or another several times a day.
It just may be that they don’t want the msm claiming right wing talk show hosts are making thia issue up.
But even if that’s not the case. Are you able to think for yourswlf or most the aforemetioned group always direct your every move.
The fact that Pravda is covering it should be seen as an omen of impending disaster. Mark my words, the legitimacy question is going to rear it’s head in international matters and it’s going to hurt us badly.
I won't disagree with that. What baffles me is why a simple request for a BC is so taboo to most of the conservative press.
However, is should be noted that some serious stories in the past have been given hands off treatment by "legitimate" journalists and been exposed by the National Enquirer, starting an avalanche of coverage by these so called "legitimate" journalists.

Don’t let him and the other trolls get to you. He’s an obvious OBOT troll. He only signed up a couple of days ago. Their intent is to wear us down. Ignore them or better yet FR should ban them.
You may underestimate the popularity of Obama abroad. A family member was working in African during the weeks before and after Obama's elected. Everywhere she went the native folks chanted "O-BAM-A!" repeatedly. Obama is the darling of the planet. It would make our country and the already unpopular Bush very hated and completely undermine our credibility. Try to think about how you would feel if the shoe were on the other foot. I was really annoyed by the "selected not elected" crowd. If they would have managed to over turn the Bush victory I would have thought it was a dirty trick. I say to keep investigating and proving this and then use it as part of the effort to keep him a one term president.
I’m calling them the Tokyo Rose brigades. A lot of these noobs are probably Obama virtual bodyguards.
I'm not too surprised whenever a Russian paper is happy to undermine the United States leadership.
Thanks, I’m hanging in here. And I think you’re correct. There is a string of newbies all with the same mantra, several a day in fact.
