The case will be rejected without comment. The dual citizenship argument has no merit.

PRAVDA is covering this, suggesting that it is somewhere
between irresponsibility and treason
for SCOTUS to fail to protect and defend CONUS.

It's you liberal who keep bringing up the "dual citizenship" angle...most of the rest of us know that you cannot be born with "dual citizenship"...you're born with one, and later acquire the other.
It is probably the reason the Donofrio case was dismissed today, because of the "dual citizenship" argument in his case.
What we want to see is very, very, simple...even a democrat or a journalist should be able to understand it.
a) The U.S. Constitution says you must be a natural born citizen to be eligible for the Presidency.
b) Obama has produced no proof of that fact.*
*No, the Hawaiian official DID NOT verify he was born in Hawaii, only that they had a birth certificate of some kind for him, under seal.
And, the "CertifiCATION of Live Birth" Obama posted is not a "birth certificate", but it is a piece of paper issued to foreign born people. The real birth certificate is called a "CertifiCATE of Birth", which Obama is yet to produce.

You are out of touch with the facts which have been repeated tirelessly on this site for the uninformed, such as you. Granted, the SCOTUS will not touch this, but the facts will loom over BHO’s presidency for its duration.
