- Because it means nothing. You can order a CoLB, great, but what place of birth does it put on it.
Show me a COLB from a foreigner that the state of Hawaii has change the place of birth to be “Honolulu” and maybe you’ve got something, but if all you have is a service by state of Hawaii to issue CoLBs for foreign born residents, and it has, say “place of birth: PUsan, Korea” on it, you have actually weakened your point, because of course, then if Obama were born elsewhere, they would have the CoLB represent that. It doesnt.
So you got nothing meaningful there.
The CoLB shows that his birth was registered on August 8th, 1961, 4 days after his Aug 4th birthdate in Honolulu. Place of birth Honolulu in the record. Unless the records were tampered with or changed since then, and there is no evidence of that, and unless the whole CoLB is forged, which some believe but I consider a false and weak claim at this point ... you are left with the conclusion that on August 8th 1961, his birth was recorded with state of Hawaii. At the same time the local paper had a birth announcement, probably using the same information.

The fact that foreigners could do something is irrelevent to the chain of logic here, because a foreigner doesnt register their birth with state of Hawaii 4 DAYS AFTER BIRTH and with the birthplace Honolulu.

What percentage of them would you think are fakes, phony and wrong? What tare the odds an announcement of a birth in a US city is faked and the kid was really born at the same time in a foreign country? Have you heard/seen that happen EVER in another context?

Hawaii officials will only say that the birth certificate is in their possession. They didn't say it proved he was born in Hawaii.
AH, so every time an official doesnt say "X" it means that X is false. Curious but flawed logic. The CoLB states the registration was made Aug 8th, 4 days after birth, and the birthplace was Honolulu. What is escaping your own logical sense is the fact that the CoLB is just a printout of what is in the database and the database is what was entered Aug 8th, 1961 and reflective of the birth certificate.
Now lets review the statement of the Hawaii officials:

They have it on file. If you think that what they have on file in ANY WAY CONTRADICTS the CoLB that came from the Hawaii records database, then Mr Fukino would be 'in' on a scam perpetrated on all of us. I'd rate it a 99.999% probability that the birth certificate on file has the exact same information as the already-released CoLB and 0.0001% chance of scam ... AND FURTHERMORE, IT DEBUNKS THE "CoLB is a fraud" CLAIMS, since how/why would the CoLB be forged if the state of Hawaii *does* have a real birth record for Obama?
One way to tease this apart - What do you think Hawaii has in their database, if its not the exact info in the CoLB presented on factcheck.org?
Tiny probability of something amiss here. If Fukino saw something, he would vouch in the way he did. If Republican Gov Lingle knew there was fakery there, she'd out it. If Hillary's minions had found something wrong in Obama's passport files .. oops. If something was amiss, it would have been outed.
The case is not "closed".
If the CoLB reflects the true birth certificate info, then yes it is closed.
You're splitting hairs, spinning facts, and in total denial. And, this argument is done, as you are not debating, you're preaching, and you're wrong with your "facts".
More projection from people ignoring the preponderance of evidence and trying to salvage a false theory. In denial about the Honolulu paper birth announcement, the Hawaii officials vouching for the birth certificate, the CoLB itself, the massive implausibility of an alternative scenario, etc.

It seems to me that the issue isn't whether he held dual citizenship at birth, but rather whether he has dual citizenship now. That's the "spirit" of the Constitutional requirement for "natural born citizen", isn't it?

Oh, so she DOESNT care enough about the issue of where Barack is born to mislead or cover up about where he was born ... which means the Augsut 8th 1961 filing of Barack Obama’s birth as being in Honolulu was a correct one.
No need for complicated subterfuge when you are just dealing with having a baby as enough of a challenge.

It’s you who engaged in it... my logic is precise here: Was this teenaged girl thinking about consequences enough to engage in subterfuge wrt Obama’s place of birth ... or not?
If yes, then she wouldnt have left Honolulu in the first place.
If no, then no subterfuge.
So maybe Obama was born in Honolulu like the Hawaii records and the Honolulu birth announcement indicate.
