too bad
Funny thing about our constitution: It seems far stronger than either the radical right or the radical left give it credit for being.
Yeah, instant, all right... stir it and you get instant Obama...
Know how you feel, but I have to trust the Justices did not take Leo’s case for the reasons Leo stated on his web site. The case Leo has against the lower court Judge would most likly have to be settled first and the SC could not take his case because of that. Leo said sometihing to that effect, but then I may not have gotten it completely. Trying to read all the comments on his site as Leo answers them too. Keep praying for Cort’s case to do well as he has no lower court problems that Leo’s did with that Judge making changes in his application. Remember this that a friend sent to me. I love what it says!
VERTAS NUMQUAM PERIT, VERITAS ODIT MORAS, VERITAS VINCIT.
TRUTH NEVER PERISHES, TRUTH HATES DELAY, TRUTH CONQUERS.
Please tell us where Obama was born. There are three stories at least just within Barack's family. Please tell us the name of the Doctor who delivered him, or of any nurse who attended.
All I want is the truth. If that truth proves that Obama was born in Hawaii, he is qualified, in my opinion, and I can accept that and move on. However, if valid proof is not produced, I will not believe it. There is no legitimate reason for Obama to have withheld this simple document all of these months.
Gerald R. Ford, Jr., must be pleased. He said Stevens was the most important accomplishment of his short-lived admnistration.
Thanks Tom and may God continue to bless you as well!

If you don't believe that, then you really don't believe in a free society. It's the old, "If you don't like my band's music, then you must have no taste." And, yes, we gave them the information, over, and over, and over until for the most part they said SHUT UP.
Good, that’s all we want from Obama. A “Certified copy” of his. Not a “Certification of Live Birth” that isn’t even a scanned in document and has been debunked as a computer generated image.
Not even the photographs that factcheck.org has put out that even looks hokey to the untrained eye.
But a Certified “Certificate of Live Birth”. There IS a hard copy, it is protected by the Governor. If there wasn’t one, there would be nothing to protect.
So you think if you lose the copy your parents had when you were born there is nothing left?
I got a certified photostat copy of my father’s birth from 1944. It was a photocopy of the ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE that had the raised seal and signature added to it after printing the copy. That is the ONLY thing the Social Security Dept would accept. If our own Federal Government won’t accept what Obama put out there (that doesn’t even seem legite in the first place), why should the American People accept it for the guy who commands our military???
This case was all about getting rid of Obama and really has nothing to do with the constitution.

TOTALLY wrong. Amazed you wrote that statement. The MULTITUDE of suits brought in this matter are SOLELY about making Obama PROVE he is eligible to be president. And it has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE WRITTEN LAW of the Constitution. Verbatim. Article II, Section (1).
I will never accept Obama as the president, until he has proven he is qualified to be our president, an action which he as spent untold sums and lawyer time to deliberately prevent any form of disclosure or compliance. I am no fool, and at least half of this country is not, either.
There is no legitimate reason for Obama to have withheld this simple document all of these months.
Did you read the post I was responding to or just kneejerking?
Since your post made no sense whatsoever, I’ll assume you didn’t. Try reading #402 and get back to me.
George C. Wallace, Jr., formed the American Independent Party in 1968; he left it in 1969. It has been around since then in decreasing notability.

There is no legitimate reason for Obama to have withheld this simple document all of these months.
If someone walked into your business to fill a slot that required certain credentials, would the burden fall on you to prove that he didn't have such credentials? If he claimed to have such credentials but later serious doubt was raised about whether he told the truth, whose responsibility would it be to clear things up?
It's nonsense to say that anyone but Obama has the burden of proof in this case.
The Court denied the lawsuit, meaning that the original Obama birth certificate was not subject to public revelation based upon the strength of the arguments presented. One implication of that ruling is that the certified copy must be relied upon in the absence of evidence that it was fake (or tampered with, or superceded). Evidence is what is required: not speculation.
I highly doubt ANYTHING or ANYONE is going to shut this guy up:

I think they have what it takes to stand up. Talk to EternalVigilance on FREEP. He can tell you all about the party.
Some do. And a few of those might do something about it.
Sorry, but like many many other reporters, they make an assumption that just because there IS A birth certificate, that it says what Obama posted on his website. (Many copied the AP Press release stating that. Seems that is standard nowadays, to just repeat even incorrect information) No, in Hawaii, you can request a birth certificate to be issued if you had your child outside the state. (http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol06_Ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0017_0008.htm) Here is exactly what Fukimo said: (http://hawaii.gov/health/about/pr/2008/08-93.pdf) That October 31, 2008 statement says that Dr. Fukino "ha[s] personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." That statement does not, however, verify that Obama was born in Hawaii, and as explained above, under Hawaiian policies and procedures it is quite possible that Hawaii may have a birth record of a person not born in Hawaii. Unlikely, but possible.
