A peaceful and dignified public "Vigil" is planned for 8:00 AM, Dec 5, 2008, at the Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C. The purpose of the vigil is as follows:
Support the Constitution
Support the Supreme Court Justices
End mainstream media silence on this vital issue.
FReepers are welcome and are encouraged to attend.

PRLog (Press Release) – Dec 04, 2008 – The Supreme Court of the United States will privately conference the case of Donofrio v. Wells, originally filed in New Jersey and recently elevated to the United States Supreme Court. Leo Donofrio, Esq., plaintiff, challenges the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of President of the United States on several Constitutional bases. Obama's birth certificate is not a significant issue in the Donofrio case.

Yes. I hope there’s a good turnout.
The sponsors have said that everyone should be respectful of the court. I don’t know what the final rules for signs will be, if any are used at all, but one suggestion was to criticize the press for refusing to address this issue.

“Privately”???? Something of this nature should be open to the public. The justices discuss in conference privately before they take it to a publicly held court.
