Costco has 520 stores nationwide. But you will not find "Christmas" in a single store.
That's because Costco says it will not use the term "Christmas" on its website or in its stores. Instead, Costco is telling customers it purposely chooses to use the generic "holiday" verbiage. You know, they stock holiday gifts, not Christmas gifts.
Last week, a customer wrote to Costco and asked this direct question "Does Costco use the word 'Christmas' in your store advertising or on any signs anywhere in your stores during the Christmas season? That's a pretty simple question, yes or no."
Kory Rosacrans, staff manager for Costco replied, "I guess the answer would be No."
Rosacrans said, "Costco does not advertise on television, on radio or in print like other retailers. We only advertise by mailings and e-mail messages sent directly to our members who have paid for the privilege of shopping with us."
Costco wants you to do your "Christmas" shopping with them, while refusing to recognize that Christmas even exists.
Here is a great video concerning the lack of “Christmas” in some of the “holiday” advertising......

“costco says no to Christmas...”
and there are many lovers of Christman who will say no to costco. (this one included.)
IMHO
I’m offended. Costco sucks!
Costco is now NoGo for me.
The only way we can return America to its roots and what it was is to do so with the dollar bill.
So Costco thinks they are more atheists and muslims in America then Christians. Maybe they should find out the hard way. The bottom line on the balance sheet.
Fredo, shop at Costco, and disappoint us.
I’m glad i do not work for some lib-P.C. company!
My local Walmart has a big sign in its entrance... “MERRY CHRISTMAS”... Go Walmart!

O’Reilly needs to hear about this one. He’ll have it all over the web/air/TV by tonight.

Typical pagan response.

no Christmas...no Chrismas $$
I am tired of being insulted by the Politically Correct.
Well...I’m not sure about Target’s advertising, but at least in our local stores, I see “Christmas” items displayed pretty much everywhere in the stores.
Again, I’m not sure about their advertising, though.
Regards,
I will buy Christmas gifts at Sam’s Club and perhaps on Arbor Day I will stop by Costco and purchase any “holiday” gifts I need for that occasion.
I am not even Christian, but I am going to boycott COSTCO. I am starting to get fed up with all this nonsense!
I understand the frustration; however I choose to use a different tact. I spend my time in the checkout line discussing the fact that not calling it Christmas doesn’t make it not Christmas. This way I get to share the season with those around me who might not otherwise know about the policy. I usually get 3 to 4 customers, the cashier and the loader if there is one.
The cashier says “Thanks for shopping at Costco”, I say “I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas” very loudly so the people in the checkout lines around me can hear and as I walk away I mention that “Christ is the reason for the season”.
Remember - ignorant people always will believe what they believe.
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday. -John Wayne
Me and a few guys are talking about going as a "Live Nativity".
Merry Xmas!
Merry Tossmas!
I promise to buy every “holiday” gift I intend to buy from Costco, but since we celebrate Christmas at my house and since they don’t have any Christmas gifts or Christmas decorations, I suppose I will have to shop elsewhere for those items.
I once worked with a woman who said “holiday” and only “holiday.” It was infuriating. She would say things like, “We need to prepare for Holiday” and “With Holiday coming up, we should have a strategy in place.” Not even a “the” to preface “Holiday.” It was as if the actual name of the holiday was, in fact, “Holiday.”
But most of their workers aren’t union.
