I’m reasonably sure most people are completely unaware of what I’m about to discuss, but that’s not unusual considering most everyone depends on the mainstream media for their news.
You’ve not heard anything about this on NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNBC or CNN.
It’s not surprising they’ve been completely silent.
There is a question that deserves an answer, cries out for an answer even.
That question?
Is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. constitutionally qualified to become the next president of the United States?
The Constitution clearly states in Article II, Section 1 that "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President …"
In discussing the proposed constitution in the Federalist Papers, the case was made that by requiring a natural born citizen as president there should be loyalties only to this country, especially when it comes to the conduct of foreign affairs and the negotiation of treaties.
It was placed in there to protect the integrity of our republic and assure there would be no divided loyalties between the United States and any other nation from which the president might have come.
If you look at the histories of many European nations you will find their kings and queens often came from royalty of other nations via marriages arranged to cement military and political alliances, and by so doing they often wound up sacrificing their national heritage.
Few today realize the British King, George VI, was actually one of the German Hapsburgs, so while Britain was at war with Germany during World War II there was actually a German sitting on the throne.
During that period, the Bank of England made secret loans to Nazi Germany.
Our president must have loyalties only to this nation. He should not hesitate to wear a flag lapel pin, nor should he remove the American flag from his campaign plane.
Now that brings us to the question of the moment. Is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. qualified, constitutionally, to be president?
Attorney Philip J. Berg doesn’t think so and filed suit in a U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania (Case #08-cv04083) questioning his status not only as a natural born citizen but his status as a naturalized citizen.
Berg is a Democrat, a Hillary supporter and a former Pennsylvania Assistant Attorney General.
The Pennsylvania court ruled in favor of Obama stating Berg did not have standing to file suit, but attorney Berg has filed a Writ of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court requiring Obama disclose his birth certificate and other similar documents.
Let’s look at some of the history making up this lawsuit.
The court was provided a copy of a Certificate of Live Birth recording the birth of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. at the Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombassa, Kenya, at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961.
In an affidavit to the court, Berg provided a transcript of a telephone call from Obama’s Kenyan grandmother claiming that Barack Obama, Jr. was born in Mombassa and that she, Obama’s half-brother and half-sister witnessed his birth.
"I was in the delivery room in Kenya, when he was born Aug. 4, 1961," so said Obama’s paternal grandmother.
Further complicating Obama’s situation is the fact that Obama’s mother re-married to an Indonesian Muslim who, under Indonesian law as his custodial parent, surrendered Barack Obama, Jr.’s U.S. citizenship for Indonesian citizenship since that was the only way he could be enrolled in an Indonesian school.
A copy of that school application indicates Obama’s citizenship as Indonesian and his religion as Muslim.
When he returned to Hawaii at around age 12, it does not appear that Obama, his mother, or his maternal grandparents applied for reinstatement of his citizenship, or for an application for naturalization.
No evidence can be found that he signed a Certificate of Oath of Allegiance to the United States which is required by federal law.
So, Berg’s lawsuit before the Supreme Court questions not only President-elect Obama’s status as a natural born citizen, but also raises the question as to whether or not he is a United States citizen under any circumstances.
If he is merely a resident alien he cannot occupy his seat as a United States Senator, much less president.
Obama, using the power of his position has managed to evade the question.
He has refused to provide any evidence to put this question to rest and now intends to use the power of the presidency to bury the question for all time.
Citizens of this republic deserve an answer to the question that cries out for an answer.
Once and for all.
He needs to provide whatever evidence is necessary to assure Americans his birth and citizenship status before assuming the office of president.
If he has nothing to hide, provide a valid birth certificate and whatever documents are necessary to confirm his citizenship.
He owes the nation this much.

This is scary stuff and the MSM is sitting on it because they want the Obama in office.

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.
Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.
Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

I suspect that Obama has by default denied being a citizen of the United States on occasion, to afford himself affirmative action benefits regarding college tuition, overcoming travel restrictions, etc. That's why his entire college and schooling records are hideden from the public. The man is a fraud and he knows it and he is depending on running out the clock with the ace up his sleeve that riots and violence will occur if he is not afforded the affirmative action of setting the Constitutional requirements aside for his benefit.

I don’t think anyone has seen a Kenyan birth cert and I don’t think Berg has indicated having a copy in his possession. Although I believe Jerome Corsi was told that one exists during his Kenyan visit this year, but he was ousted prior to being able to verify that.
First I've seen of this. Frankly, I think the author is in error. Those of us who are watching this issue closely would have certainly heard about this bc, if it exists (as anything more than a rumor).
I may just have to email this writer and ask him where he got this data.

Even if he does it still won't go away. Every court battle that involves a law signed by Obama will probably generate a challenge to the law.

If that were so, you would think Phil Berg would have put that information on his website. He hasn't.
It is absolutely amazing that Obama himself does not want to come clean on the subject of his COLB. Never mind that the totally corrupt MSM wants to hide the truth from the American people, but that they are joined by all politicians by their silence is disgusting.
Regardless of the outcome, this whole sordid affair should be brought up in the next election year.
