Lately someone has started adding me to certain Yahoo groups without my permission. At first I thought it was just gibberish, and I reported it to Yahoo Abuse. FYI: don't bother, they have a computer replying to their email with the same questions over and over that you already answered, nobody even bothers reading your complaints. I tried just leaving the groups myself, but I keep getting added to more of them.
On a whim I plugged some of the gibberish into an online translator. It turned out to be a mixture of middle-eastern languages (croatian, slavic, arabic, etc) discussing helicopter components! It still didn't make much sense, but the translators I found were very limited, its possible someone who speaks the language would do better.
That was 2 weeks ago. I immediately sent that message to the Homeland Security tip line, but there has been no response whatsoever. Not even a form email saying "Yes, we got your message". Nothing.
I keep getting these emails from more groups every day. I've been saving them, but how do I get them to someone who will actually do something with them?
Sneaky of you, but, heh heh heh, the Homeland Securidad stooges have got your number ....
Keep in mind that Bosniak is very closely related to Serbo-Croatian, however, and the translator Ellendra used might have mistakenly misidentified the language.
I think I’d change my Yahoo name and password and not send anything to the feds that might incriminate me.
Contact your local FBI office and send them a copy of the messages you are receiving.

“now youre both on the list...”

We are ALL already on “the list”.
Russia!
Looks that way and this bit maybe means they are spoofing google?
“dns-admin@google.com‘);return false;”>Google Inc. 1600 “
Actually, I take that back about maybe from russia as I used a changeable IP that will look like different countries, depending on the proxy.
Sorry, I’m not gonna post to this thread ‘cause I don’t wanna be on the list.
Or try RoboForm. It remembers your login name and password, so you can make up anything you want, even gibberish.
If you want it also automatically fills in the correct password at the proper place on the correct page. It will automatically log you in.
You can also print out a book of the passwords and login names.
I have about a hundred different login names and passwords I use, in over a thousand combinations, with no worries about remembering which one I need where.
Excerpt from a private response:
No, not helicopters. Yes, I can translate this but as you guessed it is a Viagra+ type of promotional Email. As you gathered, of no interest to Homeland :-))
The sender describes himself as Aarash Roshan, group director of the Roshan Group.
It lists the headings of news about various events and products in Iran. Health products, tours to Kish Island and a humor tour. Plus prizes for creative Logos, which is a Mullah national project etc.
This is an islamic business type promotional missive aimed probably at islamic ex-pats who are in favor of the Mullahs and can come and go easily to Iran.
FYI, plastic surgery of various kinds including repair of hymens to restore virginity has become a major part of islamic medicine in iran.
As a result of lots of practise, doctors there have become very proficient and skilled. Specially as they cannot be sued so can take risks to test new ideas without danger.
Additionally, women are objects and have little say or standing in courts there.
Always feel free to Freepmail me or Email info@antimullah.com for any similar language questions or Iran and Middle East matters. Alan will be glad to help out.
Be happy, be well.
