If you define “greed” as “coveting” (10th commandment), then you’re right.
“Greed”, as defined by the left, is wanting to work hard and retain the fruits of your labors - that “greed” never hurt anyone.
However, the former definition is deadly, and the left PROMOTES it, just as they promote breaking all of the other commandments.

The retailer which stands up and says, “Enough! We will no longer even OPEN the day after Thanksgiving and that will allow our employees to spend the holiday with their families” is the one who will win my business loyalty. Screw this!
I share your sentiments. I’d love to bag the shopping. No one can think of anything they “want” anyway. But it’s hard to change family traditions without risking feelings of resentment. Maybe it will be easier if next year we are all more concerned about buying groceries. (I pray that’s not going to be the case, though!)

Imagine, folks, if you dare. The economy does worsen and we do cycle into something akin to a depression. These people shoot and trample other people over the opportunity to get the Latest Cheap Crap. How will these people cope when things like food, medicine and energy are difficult to easily obtain?
In the last Depression we had a Democrat administration implementing Communist/Socialist policies that permanently changed America, and that Government was (at least) headed my a member of the American Aristocracy.
Can anyone doubt that if we fall into another Depression with Obama and his low-class cronies at the head we will become a Totally Communist Nation?
Watched a video just now and reporter said a 'juvenile' was taken into custody.
I was held up at gunpoint and shot at last year in front of my place in Southwest Reno (very nice area) by 2 'juveniles' who ended up being a part of a small gang from Los Angeles that was connected to the Mexican Mafia. You just never know....
