British-born Pakistanis were among the Mumbai terrorists, Indian government sources claimed today, as the death toll rose to at least 150.
As many as seven of the terrorists may have British connections and some could be from Leeds and Bradford where London's July 7 bombers lived, one source said.
Two Britons were among eight gunmen being held, according to Mumbai's chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh. At least nine others are reportedly dead.
The eight arrested were captured by commandos after they stormed two hotels and a Jewish centre to free hostages today.
One security official said: 'There is growing concern about British involvement in the attacks.'

Yup. If I’m not mistaken, there was a news report a couple of weeks ago from GB stating they were on ‘high alert’ as intel was pointing to large cities being attacked (such as Birmingham, London, etc.)
Britain never should have invited Pakis to work in the textile mills (cheap labor) years ago. They’re paying for it.
We don’t need to target Britons like, say a John St. John Sinclair or Nigel Smith for extra scrutiny.
We need to target notable Britons like Muhammad Achmed Jihad or Ali Hussein abu harb.
Common sense could quickly single out 90 percent of those requiring extra scrutiny. The other 10 percent are Labor party MPs.

There is a lot to be discovered as to motive, but ties to Kashmir separatists seem to be emerging. If that is the case, singling out Amer., Brits might serve a secondary purpose, that of drawing those countries into a conflict between India and Pak. and the rest of the Muslim world.
They target Jews to goad Israel into action which will incite the Muslim world.
It’s all about heightening the tension and conflict and pit Christian/Jewish nations against Muslim ones.
Not surprising. The Pakistanis in the UK grow up on the dole on the British taxpayers’ dime, and then go back to Pakistan or the Middle East for terrorist training. Then they go where they are ordered.

Who are these SOB’s? I am now reading a fascinating book which I highly recommend to those who would understand the British connection. It is “The Islamist: Why I Joined Radical Islam in Britain, What I Saw Inside and Why I left”, by Ed Husain, 2007.
This was definitely a strike against the Indian and world economy. The one silver lining out of this very black cloud is that it may reduce outsourcing of American jobs to India. CITIbank is already planning on closing out tens of thousands of jobs, although this may not have any direct effect as they are also planning cutbacks in London and New York City.
Apparently, the British have seriously underestimated the danger, allowed free campus recruiting and the like. Even after 7/07, it seems they are not doing enough. Can’t be entirely sure as I am still reading the book, scary though. Here is a link, with sublinks, detailing the deaths of Americans:

If several imperialist Japanese hiding out in California during WW2 had attacked the US, say downtown San Diego in such a manner, we would still assign responsibility to Imperial Japan. That would make us look like hypocrites however. Therefore to avoid such insanity, we temporarily quarantined American Japanese. They enemy have a strong strategic advantage today. That can move freely among us.

Let's attempt a bit of clarity, here.It's not Brits, it's muslims.
Just like the disdain of Americans aimed at illegal aliens is not aimed at Mexicans or other Latin-Americans. Just the criminals.
I have come to the conclusion that there are no innocent muslims. They are all equally guilty. There is never, never, never any outrage expressed by muslims over these constant muslim terrorist attacks. Every man woman and child is complicit if they are a practicing muslim. It is NOT a religion of peace, it is not a religion...it is a cult of death that is used to further political means. Wipe them all out, then we will have peace.
1. It would be akin to defecating where you eat. They want to keep their corfortable digs in the west. They don’t want bring any more heat down on themselves where they live. Better to stage from the west and confront the enemies of the east. Guarantee you this incident gained a lot of young recruits because in the east, might makes right.
This is what is so evil about how the threat is evolving. The threat is finding the most fertile lands in the west. They are using our wealth and infrastructure to defeat us in a worldwide campaign. It’s really evil and unprecendented in history I want to say.

And don’t think for an instant that there would be any hesitation on their part to detonate a nuclear device the moment they have the ability to do so! We are whistling past the graveyard when we let Iran move ahead with its nuclear program rather than take the bull by the horns and put a stop to that nonsense.
We are on borrowed time. Nothing short of an all out offensive against radical Islam will save the day.
