Looks like this "non-story" will not die. I think that one sentence captures the central question of this whole story.

Why has “Obama has spent over $800,000 and several months fighting to avoid presenting a $10 copy of a long-form birth certificate” ?

I think we have a grifter in chief and I think the reason for the strange behavior around it is that our leadership have decided it is better to hide the truth from the American people than to deal with the chaos that revealing the truth that someone who is not eligible to be President was elected.

There is no escaping the logical conclusion.... Obama's "Birth Certificate" would reveal something Obama doesn't want revealed....

The ONLY question - is WHAT it would reveal?

- He was NOT born in Hawaii?
- His father was not the drunken bigamist he adores in his book.
- His slut of a mother listed "Father Unknown"?

It may not be the actual document contents that present a problem. It is more likely that all of the suppressed information does not line up. Perhaps one of college applications reveal that he is a foreign exchange student?

Obama has already won the election. So the fact that he continues to block the release of his birth certificate becomes even stranger if it doesn’t disqualify him from serving.

Maybe Obama is perfectly natural born. Maybe there is something else on that document he is hiding, something that would causeso many Americans to feel that he has hoodwinked them.

Or maybe he is actually hoping for a scandal so that he can then show his birth certificate and make anyone who dared to question him look foolish, a la Alinsky tactics. He then solidifies his hold over Americans.

Joan Swirsky speculates a possible reason why President Bush went "left" was he'd been threatened by the terrorist network of AQ bombings on 10-13 major American cities.

Joan Swirsky has proven herself a sensible thinker throughout her past writings. However, this speculation seems out of character for her, as it would also be out of character for President Bush to behave this way due "that".

Could it also be.. that those in conservative media venues "know" the truth about Obama's birth (and place) and comprehend how vitally important it is that others arise out of the masses to join the fight for our Constitution and republic?

Swirsky’s original article made a great point. Even if you don’t believe the certificate issue to be valid, the fact that there are over 17 lawsuits, and numerous petitions, regarding his birth certificate, is certainly more newsworthy than the unsubstantiated claims from anonymous sources about the cost of Palin’s wardrobe.

She used to be “a shill for Obama”.
