There where a few I had to read a few times, and still one I don’t like. The one re FDR and what he did when the Supreme Court overturned a couple of his New Deal proposals. I thought I remembered he rewrote the proposals. I used the process of elimination for the only conclusion that fit, rewriting wasn’t an option.

yeah I thought D was wrong for that reason and picked A thinking “they must have meant deficit instead of debt”

That’s the same question that I got “wrong” (they scored everything else correct), and I passed on that answer for the same reason that you gave.

They said D was the right answer - but that is not correct without the word 'average' used for context. For example, a multi-millionaire will pay far more in taxes than he uses in government services. That is the only one I missed. Their answer is wrong. The flip side is also true. There are more on the lower end that receive more in government spending than they pay in taxes.

I scored 93%, missed two questions Me too and I still like my answers to the ones I missed better . Like the California driver's test , that's just their opinion but it is their test . LOL .

They said D was the right answer - but that is not correct without the word 'average' used for context. For example, a multi-millionaire will pay far more in taxes than he uses in government services. Moreover, it's not only "people" who pay taxes -- businesses do, too. There's a step missing in their formulation.
