So much for his upcoming oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.
Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.
I, too, am raising the stakes.
Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

Not born to US citizens. Only one US citizen, and she underage and not having lived in the US for the previous 5 years. She needed to register him, and she did not. He may not only not be a natural born citizen, he may not be a citizen at all. If this law can be broken with impunity, then it is hard to see how the constitution is binding on any of us. Secession looms.

Since when did it matter how long Mommy or Daddy lived in the US for a child to be “Natural Born?” We have numerous court decisions affirming the “anchor baby” concept.
If Mommy’s here long enough to squat and splat, the baby’s a US citizen.
If 0 is disqualified before the EC votes then they can still vote for him, and some might have to because of faithless elector laws that some states have, and those votes would be challenged and thrown out. Some would be able to change their votes, but most likely nobody would receive a majority (270+) of the President votes. Then it goes to the house where each state gets one vote and a majority (26+) would be required with a quorum of 34 states also required. The House can only choose from the top 3 vote-getters. If that means Electoral votes then McCain is the only possible outcome. If that means popular votes then McCain, Nader or Barr (or Obama who is disqualified, McCain and Nader, depending on the interpretation of the 12th Amendment).
So, anyway, Biden can only ascend to the Presidency from VP.

No. Natural Born citizenship to children of natural born parents. You have to register your child if he/she is born out of the states, but they are still natural born. “Naturalized” means they were not natural but were made natural — that is the term for NON natural born citizens and they can do almost anything a natural born citizen can do, except serve as President.
Had Stanley registered Barry, I don’t think there would have been an issue, but she did not.
I forget the exact statutes or decision, but it has been determined children born in military hospitals on military bases on foreign soil are deemed “natural born” for purposes of citizenship. Perhaps someone here can remember the exact statute.
Virtually all the time that is correct. There are some exceptions. There are residency requirements on the parent that apply in the case of 0 because his other parent was not a US citizen. In 0's case, the law at the time required 10 years of residency in the US or its possessions, at least 5 of which must have been after the age of 14. Since Obama's Mama was 18 at the time of his birth, she could not possibly have met that requirement. The law has changed since then, but not retroactively.

Any "swearing in" before January 20th would be just as unconstitutional as having a non-natural born citizen being sworn in. The Constitution says January 20th, at noon, specifically amendment XX,
Article. [XX.] [Proposed 1932; Ratified 1933] Section. 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
Anytime before then, he's a usurper. Even if, God Forbid, something were to happend to Bush and Cheney, he could not become President until noon on January 20th, 2009.
But if they weren't going to worry about that part of the Constitution, why wait on the formal Electoral college vote? Or they could have Congress pass "emergency legislation" to have the votes cast before the court case is to be heard, That date is set by law, not by the Constitution itself. We could have the electors get together over leftover turkey on the day after Thanksgiving, have Congress open, count and certify the votes and then have the coronation on Sunday December 7. (That day is already infamous, so no harm done).
