So much for his upcoming oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.
Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.
I, too, am raising the stakes.
Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

Obviously they were wrong.
He might be a citizen but not a natural born citizen.
If he were born in Kenya, his mother was too young by 3 months to pass on citizenship, so he would have had to have been naturalized.
If he were born in Hawaii, he would still have been a dual citizen, thus probably disqualified as both parents needed to be U.S. citizens.
This is for the courts to decide. And hopefully they will.
But Obama wasn't born to US citizens. His father was definitely not a US citizen - never was. In that case, if he were born overseas, the American law in effect at the time did not grant him citizenship at birth. He would not be a "Natural Born Citizen" and would be constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS.
Just to clarify: "naturalized" is not the same as "natural born." My wife was born overseas and immigrated here. She went through the naturalization process, which makes her a naturalized citizen, but not a natural born citizen.
She cannot run for President.........unless the Supreme Court passes on Obama's situation, in which case, no person would have standing to challenge her.
In case there is a Gubernator fan out there, Arnold could also run, assuming SCOTUS passes. After all, all papers relating to his citizenship and birth are "personal" and he is not obligated to prove anything. Just to push the SC on this, it would be great if some immigrant would already announce candidacy for 2012, citing that the the " natural born" requirement is now probably defunct.
I hadn’t heard it until now, but I think it’s a hoax. I was laughing during most of it. Like the guy in Kenya says “I don’t want to sound...” and the DJ tries to finish his sentence by saying “arrogant?” and he says “no, not arrogant, self-centered.” What’s the difference? LOL.

I believe the media were making a lot out of his not being born in the U.S. I forget exactly who.

In a ruling unprecedented in U.S. History the USSC ruled that Barack Obama was not eligible to run for the Presidency and declared his election void. The Court then went on to order that a new election for President be held on November 3, 2009 and directed that all political parties renominate candidates. Further the Court ordered President Bush to occupy the Presidency as caretaker until the renomination proceedings and election could be accomplished.
Geraldine Ferraro just said on Fox that “hopefully” Obama will be officially president in a short period of time. Odd wording.

Obama’s Kenyan grandma says she witnessed his birth in Kenya but now she’s being kept away from the public by the government. State of Hawaii has sealed his live/birth certificate 2 days after his visit to dying Hawaiian grandma. Hawaii will issue Live birth certificates if baby born in another country.
He had to give up his U.S. citizen to attend Muslim school in Indonesia after being adopted by his stepfather. He went & lived in Pakistan for years. during a time when U.S. citizens were NOT allowed to Pakistan which means he was an Indonesian citizen at that time. Where is the proof that he reinstated his U.S. citizenship?
Even his wife’s college thesis was off limits until after the election. After reading it, it was a research on how blacks felt attending a mostly white college.
He claims his administration will be “transparent”. Everybody but him & his family.
His father was not a US citizen ever.
His mother didn't live the US long enough prior to giving birth, if outside the country, to qualify her child for citizenship automatically.
The image of his Certificate of Birth on his Web site is a proven forgery.
There are a lot of unanswered questions here.
The interview was a joke, and we have this guy spamming it around like it’s some sort of Come to Jesus Moment.
