Earlier this week, Salon.com's Washington bureau chief, Walter Shapiro, sat down with terrorist emeritus Bill Ayers for a chummy 55-minute conversation.
Shortly into the interview, Shapiro asks a question that took me rather by surprise. Says Shapiro, "Did you follow the right-wing blogger, I believe it was, who was totally convinced that you wrote Barack Obama's books?"
The "right wing blogger" in question is yours truly. A week ago, WND editor Joseph Farah kindly defended author Jerome Corsi and me from such "annoying" and "dismissive" shorthands.
"Let me tell you who Jack Cashill is," wrote Farah. "He's a popular WND columnist to be sure not a blogger. He is also executive editor of Ingram's Magazine Kansas City's premier business publication."
"He has written for Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Weekly Standard. He is the author of five non-fiction books, a collection of essays and one novel. Like Corsi, he, too, has earned a Ph.D., his being from Purdue University in American studies." Thanks, Joe!
A nationally recognized political scribe and former Jimmy Carter staffer, Shapiro might have done just a little homework before asking such a patronizing question.

Then, another question "How about sitting in a room with 10 right wing bloggers?"
The ABC interview where Ayers elevated ‘his’ bombings from an ‘abortion clinic bomber’ by using typical ‘progressive’ moral relevance proves Ayers is an unrepentant terrorist.
This is how unstable ‘progressives’ are and how much trouble we are in with them so close to power.
I read, sorry I can’t remember exactly where, that Obama was actually asked to write a book about race relations at Harvard and he submitted his autobiography instead. Has anyone else ever read that?
“We need to ask Shapiro a question: “Mr. Shapiro, did you think it safe to sit in a room with an admitted Mad Bomber?
Then, another question “How about sitting in a room with 10 right wing bloggers?”
Not safe and probably not sanitary - I would have to shower for half a day afterwards.

Pissant, I love ya man...but nobody nobody nobody outside the conservative grassroots CARES that Hussein had a book ghostwritten.
Heck, we can’t get them to understand yet what COLLECTIVISM and SOCIALISM are...and that is the agenda Hussein is going to pursue come 20 January.
Maybe...just maybe...once their taxes start to rise, their gas prices increase, they lose more jobs, and they see the D.C. thugs coming for their guns....MAYBE then they’ll rise up.
Hopefully by then it won’t be too late.
Anyway, I just don’t think pointing out Hussein is a fraudulnet author is gonna cut it for most folks.
Respectfully,

Only completely starry-eyed moonbat jackasses really believe that Obama wrote that book, or any other. The same can be said of about 90% of books allegedly written by politicians.
The point of this controversy is that his book may have been ghostwritten by an unrepentent enemy of America (who bombed the Pentagon, among other crimes) and whom Obama claims he barely knows at all. People tend to know pretty well the person who wrote their "autobiography."
Its not that it was ghostwritten. It was that it was Ghostwritten by terrorist Bill Ayers, which shows that Obama was lying through his teeth about their relationship. He is a marxist mole, and EVERYTHING legal we can do to bring him crashing down needs to be done. I do not accept lying marxist moles for CIC of my nation.
Anyone notice how Bill Ayers is becoming a celebrity since the election?
In my opinion he should have received what Timothy McVeigh received.
Good point, I guess I never thought of that angle. I still think it'll be a hard sell to John Q. Public, but the relationship question does give hope people will see what a corrupt person we have in Hussein.
For instance, he asserts that no one ever got killed from the bombs the Weather Underground planted - until the host (a woman) mentions that his girlfriend was killed in a blast because it went off too soon. He acknowledges this, then later on in the interview again says that no one ever got killed from the bombs.
He also has invented a scenario (or fantasy) in which he imagines his girlfriend, at the moment of planting the bomb, saying, no no, we shouldn't be doing this; perhaps this is a bad idea, perhaps there is another way. So, he is attributing (imagined) good motives to her at the moment of her planting the bomb that killed her!
So, not only does he have the pre-planned information that he wants to impart, but he also has planted a seed in our minds that his girlfriend was really protesting against the bomb-planting just moments before her death (all of it imagined, of course). Yes, he's a very bright guy, but not so bright that some of us can't see right through him.
Everything will be a hard sell to the public, because the media is 1000% in the tank for the Obamunist. But we either keep fighting on all fronts, or bow down to the marxist mole.
He was wiping his feet with the US flag on a recent magazine cover. That tells me everything I need to know about the POS.
She wasn't planting the bomb when it went off. She was assembling the bomb in the basement of the townhouse where they were hiding out. The plan was to plant the bomb at an officer's club.
This changes everything.

And Timothy McVeigh only bombed ONE government building. Could he help it if he was more competent at building bombs? And his Daddy had no connections to get him freed on a technicality?
OK, so I had my facts slightly off. Bomb planting, bomb assembling - you get my point.
