A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the U.S. Supreme Court.
Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. This case is set for a conference Dec. 5, just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation's next president.
The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.
The case, unsuccessful at the state level, had been submitted to Justice David Souter, who rejected it. The case then was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas. The next line on

Every single person with a press credential in this country is now complicit in the attempted coup d'etat of the United States of America.
Every single media person with a microphone, a camera, or a byline is now in a state of Treason to this country.
And so is every single member of our Congress.
We do know for sure that Obama is a citizen. He holds a US passport. The only question is whether he is natural born or not.
FYI: A parent cannot renounce a minor's citizenship or have it taken away.
In 1775, about the same time as the royal governor sent out the troops to capture Adams and arms in Massachusetts, the governor of Virginia had the royal marines confiscate the arms and powder from the magazine in the capitol of Williamsburg. They did this by night, and although they were discovered by the nightwatch, the marines succeeded in removing the stores to their warships. The next day, Patrick Henry led his militia company to Williamsburg and surrounded the governor's palace. They thus held him hostage until the military stores were returned, which they were. (The governor and his family fled to the warships shortly thereafter.)
The aforementioned example is exactly what needs to be done to the SCOTUS building if they refuse this case!

It's a "gotcha" situation for Obama.

A US passport is proof of citizenship. In order to get one, you must provide proof of citizenship. They are not issued automatically to US Senators without meeting the normal requirements.
Primary Evidence of U.S. Citizenship (One of the following):
Previously issued, undamaged U.S. Passport
Certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or state*
Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth
Naturalization Certificate
Certificate of Citizenship
So, I now want to see the passport he travelled to Pakistan with. If this passport shows him travelling as an Indonesian citizen he had in fact renounced any citizenship he had with the United States. He would have had to update his passport which was in 1981 over the legal age. So much to see!.
Not true. The US recognizes dual nationality and the use of another country's passport does not affect US citizenship. In order to renounce his citizenship, Obama has to to make a formal renunciation of nationality before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state , in such form as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State"
How do you think Obama got back into the US after travelling to Indonesia? What passport was used? And if he was born abroad, how did his mother get him back into the country?
Plus, if his father is indeed BHO,Sr., he would have been born a subject of Great Britain, again dual loyalties, and it wouldn't matter where he was born. Basis of Donofrio's case, right?
As BO's situation is rather complex, this needs to be sorted out.

BUT INDONESIA DOES NOT; he would have had to renounce any other citizenship to get their passport!
It’s my opinion to stick precisely with the constitution as it reads- a candidate must be a natural born citizen to serve as President. It appears that the Obama / Biden ticket could be completely disqualified.

ZERO, alias Obama HUSSEIN, alias Barry Soetoro, did in fact release according to him, his medical records. Zero’ Medical Records released to date comprise of a One Paragraph Note from a NoName Doctor stipulating that his BP is O.K.!
Oh, and when he was living as an imporished student at Columbia U. up on 149th in Harlem, his poor suffering apartment was on East 94th Street in NYC’s most upscale, expensive status Zip Code! hardly student digs! but then when Wealthy ARABs are sponsoring your studies, nothing is too good for the future MESSIAH!
