Franken Asks State to Count Disqualified Ballots @ 2:44 pm by Hill Staff
Democrat Al Frankens (Minn.) campaign filed a campaign with Minnesotas Board of Canvassers Monday asking the organization in charge of certifying election results to include some originally disqualified provisional and absentee ballots in the vote totals.
There are, of course, legitimate reasons to reject absentee ballots, said Franken spokesman Andy Barr in a conference call with reporters. But it is clear that there are some absentee ballots that have been rejected in error. Those votes should be counted.
The Franken campaign said they expected their campaign and the Coleman campaign to have an opportunity to present arguments before the board at 1 p.m. tomorrow, but opened the door to a federal challenge to the election results should the board decide against them.

Coleman supports auto bailout with protections
MINNEAPOLISAs members of Congress gear up for a discussion this week on whether to bailout Detroit automakers, Sen. Norm Coleman says he would support a plan if it included certain protections for taxpayers.
Coleman says in a written statement that Congress should insist that Ford Motor Co., General Motors Corp. and Chrysler LLC work on developing new vehicles that function on new energy resources.
He says the automakers need to change their business models and ensure that labor unions are part of the solution.

This POS should be thrown out.
which one?
Oh hell, give it to Franken already so the little weasel will shut the hell up!..............
Al Frankenstein
Anyone that would vote this clown in office has to be a nutjob.
This is the MO from now on-they’ll never stop when they’re behind, until they’ve dug up enough “votes” to win, or drag it through the courts. Sure is a far cry from our presidential candidate, who couldn’t concede fast enough. That would be fine, except the other side is playing by different rules.
But it is clear that there are some absentee ballots that have been rejected in error. Those votes should be counted.
I concur with Franken lackey Andy Barr...
Absentee votes of cockroaches, rats, skunks, and various vermin SHOULD count for Al Franken.
I “like it” how in an open race with multiple candidates, there is no run off election, instead they let one Party manufacture ballots until their guy “wins”. So goes the “automatic recount” that expands the definition of “what” constitutes a ballot and “experts” get to use empathy to determine the “intent” of a voter who did not vote for Mr. Franken. Al Franken’s polling numbers were behind those of Mr. Obama. He can’t spin that away.
I am so disillusioned with MN anymore. Thought they were better than for so many to vote this vile, corrupt, hateful, obnoxious pr!ck, Al Franken. What the hell — is it the water up there?
Any state that would elect Jesse Ventura AND Al Franken are not just nutjobs. They are escapees from the boobyhatch. Get the net.

It’s to be expected now, sadly, that there are no prominent Republicans speaking out against this “manufacture votes till we win” ploy of the ‘rats, this will be the wave of the future, it’s working for them.
They want to count "under votes" that voted for Obama as votes for Franken, because the voter "forgot" to vote in the senate race........
so what is your point ????
you want Franken ???
