President-elect Barack Obama says he and Republican Sen. John McCain plan to work together to "fix up the country."
The two former rivals met in Obama's transition office Monday in Chicago. Rahm Emanuel, Obama's incoming White House chief of staff, participated in the meeting, as did McCain's close friend, South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham.

You might want to be sure that the libertarians you recruit for the new party have some border-security common sense, as well.

Are you trying to claim that Obama and McCain working together would actually be good for the country? No. In fact, I'd say it's a mistake for us to let McCain and Dumber be the contact points to press our cause!
McCain and Grammy put together are not as talented political tacticians as Tip Oneill was. We need someone in there who can really work with/against Obama as needed. He -is- [gulp] the choice of the electorate, that's reality.
There does seem to be a lot of amnesia about what really went on during the halcyon days of conservatism.
Kennedy and Tip Oneill were no friends of conservatism either.

RINO has become a silly appellation when R’s really stand for nothing except Democrat-lite. RINO’s really are R’s.

Not all is lost for Juan.
Juan can go back to bashing Conservatives, palling around with Liberals and being the Big Media favorite just like before.

It’s a shame we let Tom DeLay flap in the wind. I’m amazed he’s not being considered for RNC Chair.
It looks like DeMint is pushing for leadership in the Senate. He’s going to be a good one.

” Which party is it he really belongs in again?”

McCain was selected not elected in the primary..
the plot thickens
we all know he and the RINO Graham will stab conservative
senators in the back..
A new party is looking like the only hope as the GOP has been subverted by crooks, liberals and deviates..we been had. see my tag line. Never a McCain supporter, Palin yes.
