Lots of black head coaches in the NFL these days. In addition to the ones you mentioned there's Romeo Crennel in Cleveland, Tomlin in Pittsburgh and Singletary in SF.

Lewis was a great defensive coordinator in Baltimore but I'm not sure he's a head coach. Ditto for Crennel.

I'm a biased Pittsburgh Steelers fan, but I think you would have to include Mike Tomlin in that group. So far in his short tenure as a headcoach (1.5 seasons) I think he's shown that he can be a head coach at the NFL level. We in Pittsburgh also love Tony Dungy. He played for the Steelers during the Superbowl 70's teams and Chuck Noll hired him onto his first coaching position after he retired from the NFL.
