US President-elect Barack Obama is planning to base his peacemaking efforts in the Middle East on the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative, The Sunday Times reported on Sunday, quoting sources close to Obama.
The Arab Peace Initiative, based on the Saudi peace plan of February 2002, calls for a full Israeli withdrawal from all territories taken in the Six Day War, including east Jerusalem, in exchange for normalizing ties with the Arab world.
Quoting an adviser to Obama, the report states that during his visit to the Middle East in July, the President-elect said Israel would be "crazy" to refuse a deal that could "give them peace with the Muslim world."

Obamanations against Israel.
I TOLD YOU SO! I posted wherever I could, warning Jews NOT to vote for their mortal, muslim enemy. Obamanable was never and never will be a friend of Israel - he’s not even a friend of America! The worst is yet to come. The tragedy of Mr Obama’s perspective on Jews and Israel is its foundation built on his association with Mr. Spielberg, Ms Streisand and Rahm Emmanuel - the powerful and wealthy Jews. He sees Jews as oppressors and occupiers and Palestinians as freedom fighters. He does not see the Holocaust survivor living in poverty, the farmer or shopkeeper riding a bus and wondering if he will be the next victim of a suicide bomber,or the young soldier fearing kidnap and beheading by a fanatical Islamic terrorist. If there were 1.3 billion Jews in this world and 15 million Muslims would Muslims be in danger? Obama is not yet functioning as U.S. president but already he is proving his critics and detractors are 100% correct. By endorsing a very old Saudi plan for the staged destruction of Israel, Obama has already proven, if there was any doubt, that he is no “Christian ZIonist”. He is no friend of Israel. He is every bit as dangerous as his critics fear. Even Jimmy Carter didn’t show his Israel hating colours as quickly as Obama. The fact that so many American Jews voted for Obama begs the question: ARe they stupid, lacking in survival instincts or both?

I agree completely, yet I wonder whether it’s trouble that it is within our power to really prevent. Nonetheless, each of us must make the decision whether to go along with the presentation of this so-called “peace plan”. I expect to be called some kind of hostile troublemaker by many, if not most, when the time comes. I hope I’m up to it.
I’m just astounded that politicians still haven’t caught on that appeasement DOESN’T WORK.
Yes, appeasement worked so well as a defense strategy when Neville Chamberlain tried it.
By this rationale, we should cede the entire US South West to Mexico in aggrement for migrant control.
I don’t think it’s just foolish appeasement. I think he’s on the other side. Of course it will play as appeasement to the deluded moonbats, and even left wing Jews. But Obama is basically a Muslim, and the whole Muslim world seems to know it.
