Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, AIP leaders sue in CA court to obtain Obama citizenship proof, stop Secretary of State from certifying Electors

Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, vice-presidential candidate Wiley S. Drake, and the Chairman of the American Independent Party, Markham Robinson, have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento seeking to bar Secretary of State Debra Bowen from certifying to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the names of Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a “natural born” citizen of the United States, and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain.

In addition, they have asked that the court issue a peremptory writ barring Senator Obama’s California Electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until such documentary proof is produced and verified.

Oh it wouldn't be something as trivial as that. Obama isn't afraid of the public knowing of "little white lies" at this point.

There is no doubt that it is in fact something that disqualifies him, but something he feels he can argue and win. What we are seeing is his squeezing as much time as possible to both arm his defense team with a mountain of paper to swamp the prosecution, and at the same time hurry the courts once it gets there to settle the matter before inauguration day.

MSM is not the court in this country. Of course there are major contributors to this coup. It’s been planned for 30 years. They’ve been slowly but surely planting their operatives in every office in the country, polluted the public education system, and brainwashed generations, the one thing that Hitler himself admits is why he failed- he didn’t have enough time to educate youth and replace the older generations he was forced to rely on to establish his 3rd riech firmly. If he would have, even military defeat would have been a temporay set back.

I really don’t think they expected to actually win though, just make big gains to prepare for a final assault next election.

Tell ya what, I can't say for sure what is trivial and what isn't to a politician like BO. Since his entire political life is based on a long series of such lies, obfuscations, and half truths, maybe even one as minor, at least to us, as 'Who the daddy is' could be the one to collapse the whole pile. When an adoring fan base starts thinking in terms of 'We've been betrayed!', then his career is in danger, along with those of many many others. Using celebrity as your major attribute has this hazard.

I agree with you. There might be riots, to what degree I don't know, after Obama is declared ineligible but the long term effects of Obama ignoring the Constitution will be catastrophic in the long run.

Then this means that the media/party confab has gotten into a mess it can't get out of. Like seeing a bill in the mail that's beyond my means to pay, if I just don't open it, it'll go away and everything will be fine. Even the democrat party should know enough to deal with the lesser of catastrophes in a timely manner before they consume the whole picture.

It isn't a typewriter. It is a laser printer per revision 11/01. Please tell me this isn't your argument. Read the bottom:

Same copy I used to join the military, get a passport and sponsor my immigrant wife. It is good enough for the State Department and it will be all Obama needs to be eligible to assume the
Presidency -which he will do on January 20th, 2009 whether we like it or not.
