The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

I would hope (get it? *grin*) that you can disagree with someone and think they are wrong or misguided, not evil. The left is famous for that. You don’t agree with global warming—you are bad. Of Obama is found to be unqualified as president, a new election will have to be held...after SCOTUS rules.

Second, if Obama was born in Kenya and it was not announced as such, they obviously would not do so thinking “in the future little Barack Hussein will run for president so we much make sure he is a natural born citizen” which is the straw man argument you keep making.
If they did purposely hide his Kenyan birth, if that’s what happened, it could very well be for many other reasons. No one except you has ever posited that his mother or grandparents wanted to make sure that decades in the future he would qualify as a natural born citizen.
And they may not have hidden his Kenyan birth, if indeed he was born there. It is Obama himself who is now hiding practically every bit of documentation of his entire life.

Actually, what Obama did in Illinois was to work on protecting a particular way of killing alive unborn children via cancelling their Constitutional rights once born alive! To Obama, the Constitution is nothing more thaqn moldy paper to be ignored when it suits him, even in matters of life and death and protecting abortionists killing born alive children via purposed neglect.

The birth announcement is likely a forgery. Not something the grandparents falsified. Read what Calpernia has said about it.
I've repeated that on every thread I've been on. But any analysis of that concerted effort must start with the reality of the evidence, in particular the strong evidence, not the low-res scans.
That information is incorrect! Hawaii unlike any other states in the union has always had a different classification system for race on birth certificates because of the number of Polynesian, Japanese, other Asians and native Hawaiian. If a child was the result of two seperate races the the child was given the designation of his father’s race OR his father’s country! That information was something I discovered while googling “homes for unwed mothers in Hawaii” Having said that there is no proof or testimony that Obama Sr was ever present for the birth or that the couple ever lived together. Obama Sr had a small, single story home on 625 11th Ave. His many friends and former classmates wrote letters to Jr of their memories of his father (pronounced Bear - ick BTW) but not one of them made any mention of his mother Ann.

That is for the individual to deny or fess up to...not for some faceless unknown to arrogantly state for everyone else. Think about it...if you can get off your high horse.
When he was at school he was registered as a Muslim. I think but I could be wrong that he went to two schools while in Indonesia. Maybe someone who knows will comment.
