The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

You may very well be write.
However, it was from 2004 and perhaps a forgotten article and I believe someone took a screenshot of the article last Spring and it contained the birthdate of july 18th at the end of the article.
That is why the Obama line about recalling the time of his birth at 7:24 rings like a planted seed to rhymne with the time on a later manufactured COLB.
To strike this portion of the constitution down would either require an amendment or 5 justices who think the constitution is nothing more than toilet paper.
Will Clarence Thomas have the guts to do the right thing and allow the case to be heard? I think yes, as Obama has made it crystal clear in interviews that he thinks Thomas is an ignorant dolt.
Thank you!
I’ve just returned home... now listening... learning that Leo is a golfer and a poker player... interesting in and of itself...
Besides the constitutional crisis, lets not forget the riots. mass hysteria and the tearing apart of the fabric of our country that would also ensue.
Then as a result the amendment will be stripped from the Constitution and anyone in future can be elected, whether a terrorist from the ME or Africa, or naturalized American with strong sympathies to his former country, Kim of NKorea, Odinga, whatever & whoever.
Article, not amendment.
Wish I had a nickel for everytime someone said that. It's almost as though they are wishing for such a thing.
Thank you. I shall give it a go, after the Strang-Donofrio interview ends (listening now).
20. Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal was a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008 stating the GOP sent a research team to Mombasa Kenya and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Bareck Obama, Jr. at a Maternity Hospital, to his father a Kenyan Citizen and his mother, a U.S. Citizen.
My questions: Could he have presented this in his argument to the Court if it was false? Aren't there penalties for false representation to the Court?
My opinion is he would supoena Wayne Madsen or the pertinent parties. I don’t think Berg would present heresay. His team has done quite a bit of research.
Wasn’t that strange, 0 selecting Thomas as the one Justice he’d have voted against? Citing intellectual deficiency?
I’ve already forgotten which media figure axed him which Justice he’d have shot down.
Washington was British subject loyal to the crown until 1776. He then became Loyal to the United States.
Obama is very similar, loyal to the British via a British Colony, Kenya, until he turned 21, by his own admissions. We can only truly be loyal to one nation. We can only have but one master.
If obama is inaugurated, we will then have a president who has divided his national loyalties between four different countries since birth. Great Britain, Kenya, Indonesia, and the USA. This is Exactly what the intent of the constitution was designed to prevent.
Unfortunately we need a constitutional amendment that allows such a change in intent.
Expecting our justices to Honor the Constitutions explicit intent ..... to do their job.... is the only doubt on the table now as far as I am concerned.

These are the cached audio broadcasts of two radio interviews from last night and this morning by Leo Donofrio, New Jersey attorney, who has today finally had his lawsuit docketed in the Supreme Court.
Do not be a bit taken aback as I was at first by the first host, Ed, who has .. let’s say a different way of speaking than the typical broadcaster... real down home, but he’s good guy.
What shines is Mr. Donofrio, who is so earnest and lays out his premises in simple, intelligent, crystal-clear detail about the citizenship issue, IN BOTH INTERVIEWS, as described by the framers of our Constitution.. and why.
You can listen to both broadcasts, and decide his merits.

It is ... and he’s a tournament winner.
The items posted by Wayne Madsen on-line have mysteriously disappeared as I discovered when I re-read through the 6,000+ thread for the second time. If I remember correctly Wayne Madsen had been in Kenya.
And yet, not a problem now since he resigned from his Senate seat over the weekend :)
Berg should have checked this out thoroughly as he could; unless Online Journal redacted it later, you mean the GOP had proof of Hussein’s birth in Kenya and yet remained silent thruout the campaign?
I agree with this scenario up to the point of the birth announcement.
I still have doubts as to its originality.
I thought the FReep team first on the ground had researched the beginning ofsummer and turned up NOTHING in terms of marraiage or birth records looking for aliases and a broad span of time?
Are there verifiable copies on microfiche that back up the copy passed to the person who first posted this on the TD website?
Did the announcement not later appear on Factcheck.org and a FReeper determined that it was the same source that posted to TD by poster lorie?
