The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Great letter! Mine letters went out in today’s mail to each SC Justice. Hope many others do the same as the more attention brought to this issue the better. We all want our Constitution to be upheld and for Obama to prove that he has met all the constitutional requirements!

Actually it will state place of birth, if properly filed, And if it hasn't been altered. Nothing but a neutral party examination will determine that. Certainly nothing posted on less than neutral website will not. A copy of the long form would be good, as it will contain facts that can be separately verified. Doctor's names, hospital. Hospital administration folks who signed the thing, and so forth.

I think the orginal comment about wanting to see Kenya was made in respect to why she picked that particular "father" if she really did not know which dark skinned dude was the biological father.
But I kind of doubt that, it's more likely she went to Kenya to visit her new in-laws. I personally don't think BHO Jr. looks much like BHO Sr, or any of the other postulated and possible fathers. But he really looks most like his maternal grandfather, just with darker skin, hair and eyes, and a few slightly African features, such as a slightly broader nose, and slightly fuller lips. Those could have come from any guy with African ancestry. Or for that matter Indian or Australian aborigine.
In an African journal article written in 2004, the Date of Birth was stated to be
july 18
and the parents were called
Anna Toots and Barack Hussein Obama.

Calling Stanley Ann "beautiful, is stretching things a bit. She was not unattractive, but truly somewhat plain, and a little nerdy looking. (Says the Big Nerd himself. :) )
Secondly, this was Hawaii, where there was a lot of "race mixing" even in 1961. Still White-Negro (proper term then, used by Dr.King himself) mixing would have been fairly unusual, partly because of the relatively few Negros in Hawaii at the time, and the attitudes of the white community (and truth be told the Black community too). against it.

I heard high praise for Oklahoma today from Mike Savage. Oh, and he had Sen Imhofe on for conversation about the disastrous bailout. We need so many more good people like this in government and I believe could have them if it wasn’t for the 2-party system with their cliques and factions, rivalries and both parties shot thru with corruption of the worst kind.
