The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

They will want to get it settle immediately to save their “change”. The only way that can happen is if BO presents the paper work......
SO... they will put a great deal of pressure on THE ONE to “get her done!”
I watched Delay on cspan-2 today on a panel
(with old Clintonista, soon probably to be
in the 0 admin, Jack Quinn, who was instrumental
in getting Marc Rich’s pardon).
They were discussing current politics and what
Obama and Congress will likely do.
I was stunned to hear Delay state that 35M
conservatives didn’t vote this time, in
reference to the hypothese that conservatives
need to broaden the base and become more
moderate.
If true, that says a lot about what the
silent majority would give a core conservative
in the way of support and turnout.
Anyone else heard anything about the 35M noshows?
What you just said is irrelevant - whether Kenya was an independent nation or colony. It was still a country. The info you posted said people could put their own race or nation of origin.
Nowhere did it say people could put their own “continent” of origin.
It would be interesting to see BC from that era and see if “African” shows up on any of them.
Republicans are not the only ones that have filed lawsuits. Berg is a Democrat and was a Hillary supporter during the primaires. I don’t think any of us know the party affiliation of any of all the people who have filed the suits.
I think there are a lot of people besides Republicans who feel that Obama should submit his birth records for public verification. I personally do not know what the truth is regarding his citizenship status or whether he is a natural born citizen. I think many of us at first thought this was just a bunch of hoopla over nothing, but as more information comes out regarding these cases, there appears to be a lot of loose ends that don’t make any sense.
I don’t know about Hawaii, but the last time I went to obtain copies of birth records for some of my family members for genealogical purposes, I was able to get either a short form or a long form copy of the birth records. If I recall the long form cost a bit more, but that was what I wanted for my research purposes, since it contains more information. It seems very strange to me that a certified copy of long form birth certificate would not be available, since that is what geneoligists obtain for their research purposes.
It also is strange that Obama would have his lawyers fighting so hard to keep the information contained therein hidden from the public. It makes no sense to spend thousands of dollars on attorney fees, when all the lawsuits would be dropped if he produced this information along with his citizenship records. No normal person would go to this much trouble and expense to keep the information hidden unless they had something to hide.
Parents did NOT choose the designation it was done according to Vital Statistics!!!!!!!!!!See my post 1,137 and actually click on the link provided there!
Okay, so it’s probably past Diamond Head area then, makai side! ;-)
Thanks, hope you are right. I love Alan, I have his tape where he demolishes Dersiwich the ignorant atheist, who says all his clients are guilty, else they wouldn't hire him.
Keyes clearly won all his presidential debates, only the RINO leadership know why he was rejected.
Why would anyone put “African” since it is neither a race nor a country?
Actually when Jr was born in 1961 Kenya was still a part of the British Colonies of the Commonwealth and its citizens were British subjects. Kenya became independent December 12, 1963. I still don’t understand why someone didn’t go to Oxford and go through the files from the former colony of Kenya. The records were relocated to England with the independence of Kenya.
At the time Kenya was often referred to as British East Africa. The designation is correct according to Vital Stats as I explained in my previous post with the link but only in Hawaii!
If Makai is the most expensive area then yet it is Makai area. LOL Sorry Idaho is a long way from Oahu! I just post the information I find.
She is a complete troll, I am just here because I am bored. Waiting for Momma to come home. She is acting very much like a Liberal, and I find it impossible to make a point with people who can hold two mutually exclusive ideas to be true, and hold their position.
I have read through her entire list, this whole thread in fact, and I find no evidence that facts have altered one iota of her thought.
Can’t fix stuck on stupid and I did notice not one of my valid questions which I posed in the #900’s was answered. Not one!!!!!!!!!
Maybe 09, but after that, I don't know. The attempt to kill off Christmas began when I was a kid, the 50's. It seemed innocent enough at the time just a little shorthand, Merry Xmas.
Been a while but we are getting there, schools have already killed all Christian holidays, while promoting foot baths and prayer rooms for Muslims.
All in all if you read the Bible, perfectly predictable.
Makai means “ocean side”. Hmm...maybe I can ask someone I know there. There must be freepers on Oahu who can dig this up.
British East Africa - so that would have been the name of the country at that time, meaning “African” might be what someone (whoever made the decision) would put down?
It doesn’t state his place of birth in the announcement that was in the paper.
How about Obama's?
All such claims are meaningless since the Hawaiian State Department of Health has verified that they have Obama's birth certificate on file.
The only remaining question about the birth certificate that is relevant to Obama taking office is whether the original vault copy shows the birth hospital and doctor's signature or whether it was an alternate type of birth certificate that was allowed between 1959 and 1972. Only if it is the latter type would there still be a legitimate question about where Obama was born.
As to the authenticity of the modern certified copy of the BC displayed by the Obama campaign.
1. There is no question that he could legitimately produce such a document.
2. The "experts" critiquing it are are self-described experts.
3. All of the complaints about the appearance of the document can be explained as the result of the scanning process.
4. The photographs of the same document from various angles by factcheck.org show it to be a real document with the state seal. (The conspiracy theories about factcheck with regard to this are tinfoil stuff.)
How is that relevant to the point?
I don't know: but having thoroughly read this thread, it seems they say Zanzibar.
Some people don't want to just repeat their answers again; like for race, because Hawaii has a lot of Japanese and I take Polynesians (Hawaiins?) , other Asians they allowed for people to state their race/nationality. This was gone over earlier in the thread. I never knew Kenya was called Zanzibar. Let's see, an inhabitant of Zanzibar would be a?? Zanzibaran? Zanzibarbarian, I think was a pun made.
And I think Bruce Springsteen's "Blinded by the light" has a line in it going something like "Zanzibar Shooting Star riding in a side car..."
