They stole Alaska too.

Stevens' lead in Alaska is down to 971 votes. It looks like the Dems are going to get Alaska AND Minnesota.

And there are so-called Conservatives that just want to hand them Georgia as well.

Stevens, Ted REP 118602 47.50%

Begich, Mark DEM 117631 47.11%

I don't care for Stevens, and I know that Coleman and Chambliss are not perfect, but any of them are better than the filthy Demonrats that will rubber stamp Obama's agenda.

With 60 the rats WILL pass a new "assault weapons" ban. They will fill the court with radical leftist judges that will restrict your 2nd Amendment rights. The will pass the "Freedom of Choice" act.

Handing them additional Senate seats out of spite will solve nothing, and only make our task in 2010 harder.

Maybe now the dimwits in the RNC leadership will realize what happens when you stray from principles.... and that when you’re facing a coordinated National Campaign, running a decentralized “every man for himself” front guarantees a loss.

How will that help us? We can't put the yoke back in the eggs. If the filthy rats have 60 seats in the Senate and the Obamessiah in the White House we are finished.

I wonder how many have seen the Obama approved "assault weapons ban." It's much worse than the Klintoon ban. MUCH worse.

How many of the 90,000 votes have been counted here?

Can we expect Begich to win a majority of them? If so, why?

I would think Stevens would end up winning the majority of the absentees.

I’m sorry, but if these elections are stolen, as it seems to be the case in Minnesota, how is the “straying from principles” going to help?

It looks like 100% of the vote in. Doesn’t this mean its over, or am I missing something?

It isn’t over - but I will say that 900 or so votes is way too close... makes it too easy for corrupt folks to swing it with a little hanky-panky.

You can’t move forward unless you recognize your errors and learn lessons from them. Otherwise you’re basing future actions on fatal flaws.

They don't care.

They apparently believe that they are going to live forever without having to face consequences for their iniquities or incompetence.

The Left fails to appreciate the suicidal nature of their philosophy. Let them starve on the decaying bones of a once strong people. Fine by me.

On election night, Stevens was ahead by 3,257 votes.

There were 90,635 uncounted Absentee, Early, and "questioned" ballots.

Stevens got 12,008 additional votes from the ballots that they have counted today.

Begich got 14,294 additional votes.

90,635-26,016=64,619 left to count.

If the rest of the ballots come in at the same rate as the first 26,000 Begich will win by several thousand votes.

the dimwits in the RNC leadership will realize what happens

There are plenty of dimwits at the grassroots level as well. All the ones who refused to vote, for example.

There are still more than 64,000 votes that haven't been counted.

That 100% total reflected the election night totals and the processed ballots. It is not complete.

If the filthy rats have 60 seats in the Senate and the Obamessiah in the White House we are finished.

Count that again.

Fifty-seven 'Rats, plus Snowe, Collins, McCain and Specter.

They already have 61 votes.

Is there reason to believe that trend will continue for the rest of the count?

Most of the absentee ballots probably were cast before Stevens was convicted.

Count that again.

Fifty-seven 'Rats, plus Snowe, Collins, McCain and Specter.

They already have 61 votes.

Specter voted the right way on most filibusters. Trying to paint McCain as a far-left liberal is insanity. He has an 84% ACU rating. Snowe and Collins are a problem, but you can count Ben Nelson (D-NE) on our side.

In any case, handing them additional seats is not wise. I don't know why so many so-called Conservatives are willing to do it.

Including handing off Chambliss, who has a 94% ACU rating, so he can be replaced by a leftist slime-ball.

The rats targeted absentees and early votes. So it is very likely that the trend will continue. It held up for the first 26,000 there is no reason to believe it won’t hold up for the last 64,000.

I doubt it matters when they were cast ... it matters when they were counted!

The absentee and other votes, 90,000 are being counted today and tomorow. Alaska was lost during the Carter administration.
