Scott Eckern said in a prepared release that he chose to express his view through the democratic process, and he was deeply sorry for any harm or injury he cause by doing so.

Poor guy didn't know that the democratic process doesn't apply here.

It looks like some industries are so thoroughly dominated by deviants that no decent person can work there.

If you're sure you're right, and you're paying a price because you're right, don't apologize to the mob that has come to lynch you. If its too late to fight or run, stand up and take it like a man. And don't apologize.

A musical theater director giving money to an anti-gay measure? Doesn’t he know his audience?

Dems dump their “moderates”.

Reps put them at the top of the ticket.

I doubt that’s the real reason he quitting - probably since he was ratted out on a donation he didn’t want to be investigated like Joe the Plumber.

The payback will come in the form of a US Constitutional Amendment to define marriage. That’s the only way to stop this crap for right now.

When do pro-Sodomy employers and Corporations start combing the donation lists to weed out employees and prospective employees for taking a stand for traditional and Biblical marriage?

Flip side of the Dan Cooper (founder and owner of Cooper Firearms, who lost his job because he supports Obama:) dust-up.

IMO, this is what happens when the political starts to become highly personal and becomes a standard by which people judge and everything and everyone around them.

The guy I refer business to what I'm overbooked or on vacation is 180° off from me on politics and religion, but he also happens to be highly competent and exceptionally honest and ethical when dealing with clients, and is also ready to lend a hand to anyone in the business whenever he has the opportunity irrespective of their politics or religion.

I don't socialize with with him, I don't want to listen to the radio stations he listens to or read the books he reads or leave the life he leads, but we are really tearing up the country over things that people are just never going to agree on, to the point where it's just about impossible for people to work together even on the things they do agree on.

IMO, both Dan Cooper and Scott Eckern should be at work today.

This is exactly how the “radicals” took over colleges in the 60s, which has turned them into the bastion of marxism that they are now.
