Barack Obama has created a stir by proclaiming that he heads “The Office of President-Elect” — an office that does not officially exist.
At his first news conference on Nov. 7, Obama stood at a podium bearing a sign that read: “Office of the President-Elect. Also, his Web site, Change.gov, bears the words “Office of the President-Elect” at the top of its home page.
Writer Larry Anderson referred to the “made-up little title” on the American Thinker Web site, and declared: “I nearly busted a gut ...
“Once again, [Obama] can’t wait to invest himself with the trappings of office.”

A maniacal personality IS a big issue. Just look at the destruction and calamity brought on by similar personality types in history.
That’s okay, there is now a US government “branch” of change. Or else how the hell can we have a CHANGE.gov website?
Marxist, communist ... yeah, maybe. But I really don't think Obama is truly motivated by those, except as a means to an end -- which is, of course, the glorification of one Barack Obama.
When I see antics like this one, I'm reminded of the stereotypical head of a 3rd-world coup -- having and displaying the trappings of power are what matter.
Well, he already has his own seal and Greek temple he can use.
Technically, he is not the President Elect until the Electoral College votes on Dec 15th. I'm praying that the truth about his birthplace comes out and SCOTUS rules him ineligible - a one in a ten million chance I know, but still a possibility.

Or Obama could just assign the task of reworking it to this guy.
That one, Obama, is a real goof. God help us.
I just search that document and I see nothing regarding Office of the President-Elect.

The day he’s annointed as Ruler, he’ll probably appoint Maya Angelou as Poet Laureate. In my mind, the prospect of seeing/hearing her even ONCE is one of the worst things to come out of this election. She always sounds constipated, and her insipid “poetry” is nauseating. A girl in my office used to seek out Maya Angelou greeting cards to give to co-workers. When it dawned on me that she wasn’t kidding, I told her to knock it off; I have a low gag threshold.
Two “tells” from obama.
“Office of president elect” and “lame duck session”
These are deliberate.
The “lame duck” comment was to diminish the role of the president to stop the democrat majority conference.
AND to compartmentalize the current president.
He said we have one president at a time. Yes, which also means we have one president elect at a time.
CONSIDER IT HAS WORKED, the MSM has bought it hook line and sinker.
Consider the current leak. Obama DEMANDED GWBush approve the GM bailout. GWBush declined and he and his staff immediatly leaked it to the medai. Obama thinks he is in charge. Not now just in chage. (and we thought McCain was an egomaniac)
This is a “tell”.

Before we know it, Barry will probably start styling himself along the lines of Idi Amin:
“His Excellency, President for Life, Field Marshal Al Hadji Doctor Idi Amin Dada, VC, DSO, MC, Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Seas and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in Particular”
Just look at the other presidents-elect who had an office set up. When he ties his shoes call me and tell me how maniacal he is. And please include psychiatric evaluation.
