I have to disagree about whether or not this could be bad for our country. Sure, if it is decided that Obama is inelligible for the Presidency we would probably have riots and bloodshed. But if he usurps the office with the complicity of the courts it would be the end of constitutional government. In the long run, the latter possibility would lead to far more bloodshed.

Yes, that is the right link and is the Berg case. I was responding to a previous post mentioning the Dec.1 deadline for Obama to respond on the Berg’s case.
I still want to know if Obama must provide his documents by Dec.1st or will he just get away with another motion to delay or dismiss?

See previous posts. It is hard to keep up with the news, but as far as I know the Donofrio case is pending and hopefully will be viewed by Justice Thomas.
I would have thought ‘filed’ or ‘pending’ would have been listed here though:

I really don’t know how this works and was looking for the same format the Berg one had. There was a Filed and Denied for 1l/3 on his docket.
Congress can not amend the Constitution by passing a law. The term “natural born” in the Constitution is thus not defined by that Act. The 1790 Act could inform the Courts reading of what the term “natural born” means, but not the more modern act. That is if Constitutions have any meaning and are not whimsy flimsy changing willy nilly according to faddish reinterpretations day to day.
