Over the weekend President-elect Barack Obama scrubbed Change.gov, his transition Web site, deleting most of what had been a massive agenda copied directly from his campaign Web site.
Gone are the promises on how an Obama administration would handle 25 different agenda items - everything from Iraq and immigration to taxes and urban policy - all items laid out on his campaign Web site, www.BarackObama.com.
Instead, the official agenda on Change.gov has been boiled down to one vague paragraph proclaiming a plan to revive the economy, to fix our health care, education, and social security systems, to define a clear path to energy independence, to end the war in Iraq responsibly and finish our mission in Afghanistan, and to work with our allies to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, among many other domestic and foreign policy objectives.
We are currently retooling the Web site, said Obama spokesman Nick Shapiro.
The site went active on Wednesday and was available to the public Thursday. The agenda items, which were active for at least part of the weekend, appear to have been deleted by late Saturday.

"Now why hasnt he gone to her funeral, or has the funeral gone?"IIRC she was cremated and Maya, Obama's sister, spread the ashes out into the ocean from Grandma's favorite spot.

“One of his lackeys slipped today and said he’s ready to “rule” over us.”
Thats funny. A local newscaster in L.A. slipped today and called Osama bin Laden—”Obama Osama bin Laden”— on a newscast. TRUE story. Talk about your Freudian slips. I’m sure his job is toast after that.

Here's the Urban Policy page from Nov. 07, 2008 (from the Yahoo Cache)
Agenda Urban Policy
found by searching on "Obama Change Agenda Urban" in Yahoo. I'm sure the other pages are there as well, but you need some notion of what was on them.
Putting them on the change.gov site sort of changed them from "promises" to, at minimum "goals", and at worst "policy".

He should NOT have been able to buy a .gov website. He didn't the GSA (general services administration) *GAVE* it to him. Just like they've given him offices. Of course the offices have common for the last several transitions, but a public relations propaganda site usually has to wait for the handover, and then it's called "whitehouse.gov".

Funny how stuff around Obama disappears. Like his college and grad school transcripts and his birth certificate.... Oh I forgot, the BC isn't gone, just hidden from public view. (It was most likely considered to be in the Public Domain, aka a "Public Record" when first filed, but things have changed).
