sounds good to me but I would cut 3 terms to two with they could never serve again in a federal position ...and lawyers would never be allowed to serve period...

also I would like to add....election day is only one day April 15th,and any vote for raising their salaries would have to be voted on by We the People, on election day ie April 15th
