This sounds like something that he and Rahm probably had a good laugh about when they planned his jokes for the press conference. I don’t recall such sophmoric A-holes inhabiting the White House before. This is the sort of thing that the teens and arrested development DNC fundamentalists that watch the Jon Stewart Show would find funny - picking on an ailing widow.
