not one of the 67 counties of FL voted in a majority to oppose “support homosexual marriage”.
Florida also needed a super majority of 60%.
That was supported by homosexual groups who thought this would make it “out of reach” for a protect marriage amendment.
Probably one of the reasons FL was “off the radar” in contrast to California. With such a supermajority of support there is not much the group can do.

This is all just more proof that homosexuality is a mental condition requiring treatment.
First of all, they are obviously cowards for picking on the Morman church and their white suburban neighbors with “vote for prop. 8” signs on their front lawns instead of in the tougher black/hispanic minority communities.
Something to consider is that is they did start something, and it did get to something physical, and the person who they tried to intimidate / harass for supporting Proposition 8 fought back, their version of the story to the authorities would be that they got picked on / were a victim of anti-gay hatred / etc.
Probably best to say back to them something like “Please leave me alone / stop harassing me / etc.” and report them to the authorities for harassment (taking a play out of their playbook).
