I propose that we punish the FOX Network for its hatchet job on Sarah Palin.
For one week beginning at 3:00 PM today no one tunes them in. We will demonstrate the power of conservatives when their ratings plummet dramatically.
Will you join me?
I already not tuning into them.
YES! I’m honestly surprised. I have not understood- except for the obvious- how and why the media was intent, as though on a mission, to shield Barry from the light of day.
Listening to Rose with Brokaw and the one just now- it’s as though they’re having the scales fall....but it makes no sense- all of what they say today was true a week ago, a month ago and a year ago.
Just wait til all the truth we know begins to drip out...
You read my mind.
I thought the new Huckabee show was going to be fun and last week he had it chocked full of liberal guests. Turned him off too.
What happens to these people? Was he told he HAD to have liberal pukes on his show? Who do they think is going to tune in and watch a new show starring Huckabee? The left?
I like Hannity but so often his show turns into shouting matches- we turn them off too.
Haven’t watched FoxNews since early Tuesday evening. We really don’t want to watch the big O at all. He can pose in front of the cameras for the stupid people who voted for him. I have better things to do.
Slamming Palin is news?
It’s only news if Fox chooses to carry the story.
Gee, the MSM didn’t think that all the sleeziness surrounding Obama was news, so they just didn’t carry it.
No, Fox could have just passed on this one. But they didn’t, and you have to wonder who is benefitting from all this, and why is Fox complicit.
Just to see what I'm missing, of course.
I hope they sink like a damn stone...and Palin can watch and laugh the whole time...mwahahahahaha!!!
We actually eat dinner at the table and play games with the kids. It's a wonderful life and I will never have the main stream media to tell me how to live my life.
I’m in.
One week hell! After watching the post election coverage last night I am permanently cutting them off. Forever.
Fox is every bit as bad as the MSM.(Save Meygen)
We’ve had on Cartoon Network and Boomerang since the election.
If you have Dish or Directv, they KNOW what you are watching. I refuse to turn any news on the tvs connected to the dish.
Don't... pettifog!
Is he trying to be Ted Baxter?
Let’s also remember that when the viewing goes into the tank, the sponsors get very upset. Follow the money, guys.
It’s hard for me to be part of the boycott. I haven’t watched broadcast news of any persuasion for over a year.
I don’t watch “News” channels anymore. I’m gonna be long winded here because I need to get this thought out: Taking this boycott a step further, we should email every major advertiser to every major and cable network informing them, when appropriate, that we will never use their product or services again and we should tell them exactly why. We need to link media misinformation or disinformation with companies that advertised during a particular news segment when that misinformation was presented. We could then give specific examples of that malfeasance to the advertising companies via email saying something like the following: “Dear Sir/Madam, your company ran a 30 second commercial during the 6 o’clock news on ABC in which an intentionally bogus report about ____Blank_________ intentionally misrepresenting the facts about _____blank. Since your company advertises on this network during this particular news program I take it your company approves of this journalistic malpractice and therefore will no longer support your product or services until this problem is rectified.” Sincerely.....
We need to give these advertisers concrete examples of every instance of journalistic malpractice linked to actual times and dates where their product was advertised. We need to go after these advertisers HARD and blow them away with data and detail. They need to know their company will suffer as a consequence
I am sure all statements pro or con find the way to the
managers of the media and their people that run the ads
in the media.
I joined the boycott 2 weeks ago. Get my news on the internet.
