We’ll see how Republicans fare now that they have assumed their customary position — in the minority.

Cantor is great. Paul Ryan needs to be elevated as well.
To: icwhatudo
Cantor is very smart, very articulate and very, very tough. He can also raise a lot of money. He’s the perfect Repub to negotiate with Rahm, basically he’ll tell Rahm Boy to stick it.

None yet.
I want to be clear though. I like Cantor ALOT, just a bit worried about his ability to articulate our positions with fire in his belly and steel in his spine.

he folded like a cheap lawnchair on the bail-out BTTT.
They're all bums.
I wouldn't trust Cantor if he said the sky was blue and the grass was green.

Good news. If Republians EVER want to win again they had better purge the leadership and the party of non-conservatives. Conservatism works every time it’s tried.

55 is not filibuster proof.
60 is filibuster proof
To: DouglasKC
I have forwarded your message to Rick Santorum . .lol
To: pabianice
With a 55 seat Dem majority in the House and a fillibuster-proof Senate, I thought the Democrate now have 58 seats in the Senate, which would leave them two seats shy of a filibuster-proof majority.
